Good experience overall with Mr Karadaglis. However, I had my appointment on Tuesday of the week and I am still waiting for the letter on Friday of the week. The doctor said he would write the letter on Tuesday so I expected the letter sooner. More importantly, I am waiting on this letter to book for my next surgery, which initially was meant to be done end of February, but now I was just told about the waiting lists, I might not be able to do until end of April. This means I might have to change the surgeon as I really need the surgery done in March. I am in a lot of pain and it impacts my daily movements.

My recent visit was good. My issues with my shoulder was well explained and not rushed . The consultant was happy to listen to all my questions.
