Before my spinal decompression surgery, I was unable to walk more than 20 metres without seizing up. Mr Aylott carried out a thorough examination of my back, sent me off for x-ray and MRI imaging, and later on the same day took me through all the images, explained them and advised me. Polite and professional, put my mind at ease

Following a recurring issue with sciatica, my physiotherapist referred me to have an MRI scan as the physio wasn't having any effect. I saw Mr Aylott at his "one-stop" service and he quickly diagnosed the issue and advised what my options were. I decided to have spinal injections at his clinic in London and this was very straightforward (in and out within an hour) and has greatly improved my condition. I would recommend Mr Aylott and this clinic to anyone who suffers from back pain/sciatica and requires a quick diagnosis and/or treatment options.

I initially met with Mr Aylott to discuss an MRI which showed I had an inflamed Schmols Node which was causing me a great deal of pain. My Aylott put my mind at rest that this was an injury that would heal but it could take some time. After some discussion it was agreed that I should receive an epidural spinal injection. My Aylott made it clear that the effectiveness of this treatment varies from person to person but I was willing to go ahead as the pain was affecting my life. A couple of weeks later I underwent the procedure. I was made very comfortable and looked after extremely well throughout the few hours I was at the hospital. After 7 weeks I would say the pain has been reduced by about 80% which has made such a difference to me.
