Following a recent bout of sciatica I saw Mr Aylott to understand what underlying issues there were with my back. I used his "one-stop" service and he was very thorough in his initial review, checking out my general movement, flexibility and the history of my condition. After the MRI and x-Ray we had a comprehensive discussion of his findings - the images were incredibly detailed - and he advised what I should do going forwards. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who suffers from back pain and is unsure about the cause and/or treatment options.

Professional and friendly service provided by Mr Aylott and his practice manager Victoria. An appointment was booked for me within just a few days. After having an MRI the results were explained and at no point was I under pressure to have a procedure. Advice and reassurance was provided and the opportunity to follow up at a later date if I was unhappy with my progress.

My first consultation with Mr Aylott was Feb 21. I had been suffering with chronic back and leg pain following 2 unsuccessful operations with the NHS and being written off by them. Following an MRI with Mr Aylott I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis, he explained everything clearly and offered minimally invasive solutions. I had 2 sets of spinal injections which worked for a period of time, I returned to see Mr Aylott earlier this year as my condition had deteriorated and he proposed a spinal decompression with a dynamic stabilization. Post Op I am now 80% pain free with no leg pain and reduced back pain. I cannot recommend Mr Aylott highly enough he has given me my life back.

I recently saw Mr Aylott at his 'one-stop' clinic for my chronic lower back pain and stiffness. After having an MRI scan, Mr Aylott discussed the findings in detail and reassured me that my pain/stiffness would not get any worse and that it was still ok to exercise (within reason). Mr Aylott also gave me the option of having an injection if I felt I needed it. This made me feel a lot more relaxed knowing that I have another route to try if physiotherapy does not work. The 'one stop' procedure was very efficient and Mr Aylott very thorough. I would highly recommend.

A really professional and good service of both consultations in Cheltenham and day surgery in London. Good value scans and immediate reporting a reals strength of the Cirencester clinic.

Mr Aylott was a breath of fresh air when it came to discussing my issues with my lower back pain. For years I have bounced in between NHS appointments and private appointments only to get the same outcome which was not a lot of options. I booked in with the UK Spine Centre and was greeted by the friendly team they have from thereafter I had my pre consultation with Mr Aylott and to then having my MRI and then finally my post consultation. Everything was clearly explained and I really felt Mr Aylott understood my issues surrounding my back issues. I walked away feeling confident and with a clear plan finally.
