I was admitted to St.Peters hospital after complications arising from private gallbladder removal surgery. It was a very scary time. I had bile leaks, resulting in high blood markers, numerous scans, operations and drains. Mr Neville Menezes picked up my case through the NHS at St.Peters hospital during my first ERCP operation. He wasn’t the original surgeon performing this procedure, but I heard him come into the room.. my original surgeon was having difficulty inserting stents, due to swelling from my original gallbladder surgery.. I heard Mr M. Say he would get changed & help with the procedure.. absolutely professional to take time out of his NHS service to assist… Mr. M then performed a successful procedure to insert stents a few days later.. Last Friday Mr M. successfully removed my stents.. I am now on the road to move forward… I cannot thank Mr.Neville Menezes enough. In fact I owe my life to him. Mr M. Has followed my case all the way through, checking up on me, checking my appointments are made, and that I hadn’t got lost in the NHS system. Mr Menezes professionalism, experience and calm, reassuring manner is above and beyond. I was so happy to see his smiling face, at the darkest of times. My only regret… is that I didn’t go to Mr M for the original private gallbladder removal surgery… I am in no doubt, had Mr M performed the surgery, there would have been no complications. I call Mr Menezes, “Mr Top Notch” because he is, in every way. Thank you from my heart, for giving me my life back. X

I would not go back to this dental practice again.. I was booked in to have an extraction by a surgeon who I have since found out only comes in on a Tuesday. I was not that impressed with her bedside manner or the Nurse.. I was extremely traumatised and told them I was nervous. The extraction took a really long time and was not an easy removal and was extremely uncomfortable. I was shaking like a leaf and afterwards,, I was basically dismissed and sent away without being offered any form of empathy. I’ve since had terrible problems and I’m in a lot of pain four days later. I rang the dentist this morning. who then informed me that the surgeon only comes in once a week and I needed to go back to my own dentist, which is quite a drive away. I’m not impressed at all and would definitely not return. Also, the Dental practice is obviously undergoing some sort of renovation. The waiting room was a blank white room with no window extremely uninviting, no music not good when you are an extremely nervous patient waiting to have a horrible procedure done .not a good experience for me I’m afraid.

I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising by the clinic Skin55. Their website led me to believe that laser treatments were available at the clinic, and I booked a consultation directly with the clinic, not with any specific doctor. However, upon attending the appointment, I was informed that the clinic did not have the required laser equipment and that not all doctors at Skin55 perform laser treatments. This discrepancy meant that I paid an initial consultation fee of £300, only to then be told that I would need to be referred to another doctor within the same clinic who does provide laser treatments. This second consultation was then quoted at £380. This sequence of events highlights a lack of transparency and constitutes misleading advertising, resulting in unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. I believe that this matter warrants investigation to ensure that Skin55’s practices align with advertising and consumer-protection regulations. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request

I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. Overall, he is a complete professional who provides confidence and hope. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional care and support he provided for my child

I visited Dr O’Dwyer for seizures that had been misdiagnosed as panic attack attacks for many years. I felt that he was the first doctor in 30 years to actually listen to me having been completely let down by the NHS. He is a very kind man, really listens, and doesn’t rush you so you have plenty of time for your brain to remember all of the relevant details. He was very thorough, read all of my notes that I had sent through, asked sensible questions and treat treated me like an equal human being. There is so much more I could say but he is a 10 out of 10 doctor and I would recommend him to anyone who has any neurological problems.

I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. Throughout the procedure, he explained everything clearly, checked that I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. When the issue became visible on the screen, he carefully explained what was happening in a way that put my mind at ease. Mr Natt was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend him.

Excellent consultant. Explains exactly what will happen, with possibly issues & their likelihood. Loved that he had my history online so that he could zoom in for details.. He also checked his diary online so that we could book the procedure immediately. One issue with the hospital was the difficulty parking. Perhaps if the hospital marked the parking spaces, they could get more cars in.
