He took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, explained every step clearly, and made me feel completely safe and confident in my decision. His professionalism, precision and warm manner instantly put me at ease. The operation itself was a complete success, and the results are even better than I imagined. Dr. Riaz’s attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome truly show in his work. His follow-up care was just as exceptional — he checked in, reassured me and made sure my recovery was smooth and comfortable. Firstly, I would like to thank Dr. Jagwant Singh. I broke my collarbone four years ago and had a titanium plate fitted at Whipps Cross Hospital. Since that operation, my shoulder had been in constant pain. After numerous hospital visits and rounds of physiotherapy, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong and that I would simply have to live with it. I was then recommended to Dr. Jagwant Singh, and from my very first appointment he recognised that something wasn’t right. He immediately sent me for an MRI scan, which revealed a bicep tear and a labral tear. He arranged the necessary surgery and successfully repaired my shoulder. I cannot thank Dr. Jagwant Singh enough. I’m now eight weeks post-op, the pain has almost completely gone, and my movement has nearly returned. From the first visit, Dr. Singh explained everything clearly, never rushed, and always took the time to answer all my questions.

I had my suspicions as to what was happening to me. However, going down the general NHS GP route was not getting me anywhere. They kept treating each symptom individually rather than looking at me as a whole. A few years of going backwards and forwards. Stress! With Dr Nikki, within the 30 minute consultation I felt heard, all symptoms were put together and a treatment plan was formed. It all made sense and everything was explained. Medication prescribed and ordered, report received and a report sent to my own GP, all within a few hours. Future follow up already booked. That is what you call professionalism, efficiency and having very knowledgeable doctors who understand the female body. Wish I had booked them sooner. I would highly recommend them.

She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. Even if all other ideas fail, she always tries to find another way, not giving up on me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

Wonderful Dr!! Great experience with Dr Singhai and his team in Harley Street. Friendly, patient and informative with my 90 year old father. Diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia (LBD, which we suspected) mixed with some elements of Alzheimers and Parkinsons. Positive appointment and he can now start some medication to help the LBD. £2500 for an all day appointment inc MRI brain scan, bloods and Diagnosis discussion. We would have to wait probably a year on the NHS for the same service, but we achieved everything in less than a week. Well worth the money. Thanks to everyone on the team.

Mr Dimitri is very personable and an excellent consultant. I was booked in to have my varicose veins glued, he explained the procedure thoroughly. I was extremely nervous on the day but both he and Carys were patient and kind, they even put my choice of film on the TV to watch during the procedure! After being very self conscious of my unsightly veins they are now nowhere to be seen. Excellent results and I really couldn’t be happier!
