Nicole earned her Physiotherapy degree from Monash University in Australia and has since gained extensive experience in both public and private healthcare settings across Australia and the UK, where she relocated in 2017.
As a specialist in running biomechanics, Nicole is highly trained in performing detailed running analyses to enhance efficiency, optimize performance, and minimize injury risk. She works with runners of all levels—from beginners to elite athletes—helping them refine their technique, achieve their goals, and get back to enjoyment of running.
Beyond her expertise in running, Nicole has extensive experience in the performing arts sector. She has worked with West End productions, touring shows, and within the TV and film industry, supporting performers with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. She is also a specialist in TMJ and laryngeal physiotherapy, assisting individuals experiencing jaw pain, locked jaw, vocal fatigue, loss of range, and other voice-related challenges to maintain vocal health. In addition to her clinical work, Nicole lectures on vocal health at the university level, contributing to the education of future performers and healthcare professionals.
Nicole's treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy with a creative and individualized approach to exercise rehabilitation. She is particularly passionate about helping athletes, performers, and active individuals return to peak performance – and even exceed their previous capabilities.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys competing in triathlons, snowboarding, aerial hoop, cooking and painting.

I’ve had a great experience with Nicole at Mayfair Physio. I went in with issues affecting both my jaw and knee, and she has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Nicole carried out a thorough assessment and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Her treatment plan felt very tailored to my needs, and I’ve already noticed a clear improvement in my symptoms. She’s also approachable and genuinely cares about your progress, which makes a big difference. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for an effective and supportive physiotherapist. I have been seeing Nicole for a few months for back pain and neuropathic symptoms extending to the leg. She followed a methodical approach to physiotherapy and exercise with eventually complete resolution of the symptoms and this has now been sustained.
I’ve been going to Nicole for my lower back pain and I’ve been impressed at how quickly Nicole found a solution and fully resolved the pain. She’s also helped me a lot to strengthen my problem areas to avoid pain returning in the future. I’ve also recommended Nicole to my close friend. After having unhelpful physio sessions at another company in the past, I’m very lucky to have found Nicole. Would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to solve pain quickly and who loves attention to detail and technical explanations.
Nicole is a fantastic physiotherapist who was recommended to me by a consultant. Nicole is very knowledgeable and designed an excellent rehab programme for me following a spinal injury that has enabled me to regain mobility, function and reduce pain, including subsequently modifying the programme to cater for pregnancy. Nicole is very encouraging and has a wonderful positive attitude that has supported me on my recovery and fitness journey. I would highly recommend!
Nicole is always very professional and understanding. She has helped me with my lumbar spine problems.
I saw Nicole a few times and I loved working with her. She is extremely friendly and instantly put you at ease. She also came across as highly knowledgeable and confident that she could help. If I am in need again, I will get in touch with Nicole.
Never had a bad visit with Nicole, she was always very clear with everything she explained and very attentive to what I had to say. Recommended her to a few of my friends and she exceeded their expectations, as I expected.
Excellent Physio, incredibly friendly, very knowleadgeable and follows up diligently.
Nicole is a specialist physiotherapist. She ensures that she understands the issues, reads the surgeon / doctors notes in advance of the session, and insists on receiving follow-on letters. She exudes confidence which is matched by her expertise but always explains the options available. Nicole also liaises regularly with my PT at Matt Roberts , and visa versa. I have received physiotherapy; Pilates / reformer; shock-wave, and dry needle therapy from her. I highly recommend Nicole.
Nicole is amongst the best Physiotherapists in the UK that I regularly refer my patients to with the confidence that they are in good hands and will get better. I would have no hesitation referring my family members to her.
