About Nicola Lynch

Nicola Lynch graduated from Brunel University London with an MSc in Physiotherapy, having previously studied Sport and Exercise Science with Psychology in Edinburgh, where she was awarded the University Medal for high performance. She has a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has experience working with patients of all ages and activity levels.

Alongside her role at Mayfair Physiotherapy, Nicola works as a First Team Physiotherapist with Wasps Women’s Rugby team. Her professional experience also includes voluntary roles with Saracens Women, Scotland Rugby, and medical support work at the London Marathon.

Nicola uses a broad range of assessment and treatment techniques, combining hands-on manual therapy with acupuncture and dry needling. She also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and takes a holistic, goal-focused approach to rehabilitation, with a particular emphasis on helping patients return safely and confidently to their pre-injury levels of activity.

She has spent several years working as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist within the NHS, gaining extensive experience managing spinal, orthopaedic, persistent pain, and rheumatological conditions. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys reformer Pilates, gym-based training, walking, rugby, and volleyball.

I visited the clinic with an ankle injury, I didn’t have to wait at all. My physio Nicola was incredible, she was so professional and I could tell she really cared about not just the injury but me as a person. The treatment she gave me was effective and it already feels a lot better. Will definitely be revisiting!

I came in with a back injury and honestly wasn’t sure how much physio would help, but it made a real difference. What stood out most was that Nicola actually listened and took the time to understand my specific issue and tailored the treatment accordingly. I could feel the progress session by session. Really grateful and would absolutely recommend
