Thanks to his outstanding treatment, expertise and guidance, l was confident about my care plan and made a full recovery from my medical emergency. I am so very grateful for the support I received from him and will be eternally grateful. He even came to visit me more than once after he treated me, even though I had been moved to another ward. Dr Amr is an absolute asset to any hospital trust.

I arrived at 8.50 for a 9 am appointment. Was taken for a urine test which was irrelevant to why I was there and I never saw any results of. At 9.01 I saw the Dr arriving in the clinic. I was told she had a telephone appointment. At 9.15 I saw a patient leave her consulting room and was eventually seen. Despite having filled out the pre questionaire with my medication Dr Carulli couldn't find it but instead wanted to go through them. But then in her covering letter to my GP missed out significant ones like statins. Dr Carulli listed herself as a specialist in Osteoporosis but didn't seem to know a lot - at one point asking why there were two scores in my DEXA scan (one is the T score one is the z score a WEB MD search can tell you that...).

Overall a good experience except the wait time for the report. The clinicians were professional and friendly. The administration staff were also professional and helpful. The reports are very thorough, clear and professional. The report was over 4 weeks past the date it was expected / had been told. This proved to be extremely stressful. For me it would have been better to advertise a longer wait time and deliver it sooner rather than the other way around. Of course I accept that delays can occur. Overall a good experience and would recommend. Thank you.

Excellent 5* service all round - I booked my telephone appointment online and everything was on time and thorough. Special thanks to Joanna for helping me out with invoicing and making sure I was happy with my appointment type. Exceptional customer service. Dr Northcote was very polite and cheery when arriving. He went over what I was in for and explained everything quite clearly what was going to happen. He was reassuring as I was rather worried about the procedure. After the procedure Dr Northcote returned to see how I got on and how I was. Had a chat about about the actual operation I was to get in January.

Mr Dwivedi was an excellent, caring and compassionate surgeon who treated me for a hemithyroidectomy. Throughout the process, he took care to explain the procedure and talked through any doubt that I had. His aftercare was excellent, as he followed up with calls to ensure i was happy with my recovery, which was swift. I would highly recommend Mr Dwivedi.

My mum was seen by Professor Winter and he performed surgery to cure her pharyngeal pouch.He was clear in his communication with my mum .A few months later and we are back in hospital at a follow up appointment.Her condition has improved after surgery and we are reassured by Professor Winter that if problems do re occur we can always get in touch.
