Hiba first treated me for quite a serious ankle injury. From my very first session, I immediately felt comfortable and supported by her warm and friendly presence. This injury was extremely hard for me, as it meant I could not play my favourite sport, football, which was really tough both physically and mentally. However, each week my session with Hiba became the highlight of my week. Not only is she an excellent physio who guided me through a quick, safe, and thorough recovery, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I always understood what we were working on. She never rushed me and always listened to how I was feeling, which made me feel truly cared for. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour, which really helped lift my spirits and made even the hardest rehab sessions enjoyable. After recovering from my ankle injury, I unfortunately injured my knee. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted Hiba to treat me again. Having already been through a tough recovery with her, I trusted her completely and felt reassured knowing I was in excellent hands throughout the process. During my knee rehab, she was just as supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, constantly motivating me to keep going even when it was challenging. From the very first consultation, I felt listened to and taken seriously. Mr Unadkat is calm, thoughtful, and very honest in his approach. He did not overpromise or try to sell a particular outcome, but instead took time to explain what was anatomically possible and what would work best for my face longterm. From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. Hello I was very upset when the hospital charge me for XRAY in an NHS hospital that we have to be in the queue and don't get the private care. I had a fall in June 2024 and had an operation at RFH unfortunately the operation was not successful. I can't walk properly I am on a stick and have lots of pain. If I go to private is because I don't have any access to NHS but that doesn't mean that for diagnosis I need to pay while me and my family are paying a lot for taxes and don't benefit for our health when we need and are desperate. I also have been to another private consultant to find out what went wrong and if I can ever get better and can walk but they just charge me for consultation not XRAY in an all private clinic. Thank you

When we first visited Mr Matar, as a walker, I'd virtually ground to a halt to a lot of activity and was expecting to be told my knee just needed a little 'tweaking'. How naive!! It was quite a shock to be told that I needed a total knee replacement. However, Mr Matar told me he could totally fix it, he filled me with such confidence and I couldn't wait to get it done. It's a tough operation but with kind support from nurses, physios and the whole Park team I'm delighted with the surgery with Mr Matar - I'm so pleased he could 'fix' my knee and give me a totally new lease of life. Now I tell myself I'm bionic with my new teenager knee and have the rest of my time to appreciate and enjoy life.

The support at the very beginning when I was accessing the service was excellent - the person I first communicated with was helpful, gentle and kind. All nurses and staff I came across and who took care of me were really kind and friendly.
