I go to alien aesthetics in worcester and i honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they are so amazing and trustworthy ! Everyone has a medical background in the business, which personally I think it is so important. You are in much safer hands when your practitioner has proper medical training, and it really shows in the care you get and the results you get . They even have a 24/7 aftercare line, which is such a comfort especially when you have just had a fresh procedure. It really shows how much they care about their clients safety and wellbeing. What I really love is that they will only ever do what’s best for you. They are honest and will tell you if it’s too much for your body to take all at once. They genuinely care about achieving natural , balanced results rather than just saying yes to everything and take your money. Even a colleague at work goes there and a family member and they could not recommend them enough either. We all agree the whole team is so professional and friendly and genuinely care about getting the best and safe results for yourself individually The team make you feel completely comfortable , they explain everything clearly , and genuinely care about your results . Everyone is so friendly and kind to talk to. I always reccomend them to anyone considering getting filler or botox procedures, or anyone who wants a dissolve and to start fresh after bad experiences else where. So many places offer cheap deals but cut corners. Alien aesthetics are so professional, safe , and absolutely worth every penny. I was scheduled for a laparoscopic bilateral cystectomy. My disappointment stems from a critical failure in communication immediately prior to surgery.Minutes before the procedure, and while already prepped, I was informed by an unfamiliar doctor—not my primary gynecologist —that a bilateral salpingectomy (fallopian tube removal) was being added to the plan. This major change, involving the removal of a reproductive organ, was sprung on me at the most vulnerable moment, leaving absolutely no time to process this significant loss or ensure fully informed consent. It felt as though my fallopian tubes were taken without my proper agreement. A change in procedure of this magnitude must be communicated well in advance, not moments before surgery.

The only reason that I attended Hope House is Andrew. Andrew is friendly, compassionate. He treats his patients as friends, which immediately puts you at ease. He goes beyond normal parameters to know his patients background and whats happening in their lives. He is extremely knowledgeable, and very understanding, explains things in layman's terms. There has been a period recently where Andrew wasn't available which affected a couple of my appointments, to the point I started to research alternative clinics

My initial contact with Mr. Bhangoo was to seek clarification of the discomfort I was experiencing in my left knee following previous visits and an X Ray through my GP. Upon discussion and examination Mr. Bhangoo considered two possibilities as a diagnosis and following an MRI scan one of those proved to be correct. Mr. Bhangoo confirmed arthroscopic surgery to remove my ACL and trim two meniscus tears and this was carried out at the Spire Hospital, Nottingham. Had Cataracts removed in July and then September the staff and Dr Jothi was excellent and couldn’t wish for any better care, follow up phone calls on the day after to check if all was ok such a great procedure on both occasions and no pain at all as everything was explained. The eye sight is now great with all the colours all being clear and now I just need reading glasses to see stuff up close ,have worn glasses for the past 60 years and find it funny not having to were glasses permanently. I would thourghly recommend KingsBridge and their staff as all was very kind and looked after your needs on every visit, One thing no pain .

The Nuffield Hospital, Glasgow has an excellent team of nursing staff , physiotherapist and not forgetting the kitchen crew who served delicious nutritious meals with great menu choice. The nursing staff were there day and night to attend to any needs with care and attention. Physiotherapist were very knowledgeable in what to do, and more importantly what not to do, encouraging you with your exercise plan and pushing your boundaries to a speedier recovery.

It was the most amazing experience, such professional staff and spotless accommodation. Professor East was so reassuring and professional, and the team who cared for me were wonderful, my sedation seemed to be just what was needed, and and ample hot chocolate and cheese sandwiches made the whole experience even more relaxing. Thank you so much, what could have been such an uncomfortable and stressful day was made so much better.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking systems at reception which meant checking in was delayed due to a queue that had formed. However the staff were very helpful and trying to do all they could to inform patients of the problem. The nursing station seemed very busy and understaffed, there was a delay in urine testing due to this and I waited 30minutes just to be provided with a sample jar and bag.
