I recently had an excellent consult with Dr Gary Dorman at Kingsbridge Ballykelly. I am very happy with every aspect of the experience, but especially my appointment with Mr Dorman. I was on the NHS wait list for 1.5 years before making a private appointment for a prolapse Bladder (cystocele). I wish I had booked with Kingsbridge when I was diagnosed. As the prolapse and lack of expert information on my condition, left me wary, and my quality of life suffered for 18 months. Dr Dorman is an expert in this field and also a wonderful communicator and listener. I felt at ease during the consult and exam. He listened, and clearly explained everything including my options and his recommendation. I also received sound advice and guidance about what I could do, via diet and exercises, to help my situation. On leaving the appointment I felt great relief. I was in expert hands and left with a clear plan to sort my problem. I couldn’t speak more highly of my experience with Dr Dorman and Kingsbridge Ballykelly. Thank you so much.

Excellent visit with Dr Wu, exceptional.. I hoped holistic consultant and she more than fulfilled my expectations of trying to find a Dr Wu over since September 2019! Reception warm & kind, helpful, professional by Luke & Amanda from arrival 1.50 pm to departure at 7 pm. Nurse Marieglo again put me at ease. & taking me to Dr Alexandra WU. Excellent also after re tests though the afternoon. Declan Xray amazingly professional & considerate, and colleague. Blood taken by Nurse Ilham - the first time in decades I have not had several attempts leading to bruising lasting 2 or 3 weeks, or indeed, attempts on both arms leaving painful bruising for weeks. With Ilham, one invisible prick, no bruising at all. Tiny round plaster - off in the shower this morning. No mark at all. Excellent. 5.50 pm Final tests ultra sound Hermin and Sciofra. At the end of the day 6 pm

I came in to see Urja after experiencing months of tightness in the body. I also had a chest infection a couple months before and it left me with a lot of tightness in my chest/lungs and I wasn’t able to breathe at full capacity. Immediately after my session, my body felt like it was 99% back to baseline and I could take a full deep breath again. Emotionally, I also felt so much more free and relieved. The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.

Just needed a referral for an overseas routine scan and I achieved what I needed. NHS in their wisdom won't provide scans for those with a strong family history indicator which is fine but utterly absurd not to provide a referral just because a CT machine (superior to most in the UK) is located overseas. These scans can be life savers and it's useful that this provider can fulfil the common sense role that the NHS abdicates responsibility on.

My back is so much better and I have a knowledge on how to help myself in between appointments. I arrived before my appointment time, bought some food and a coffee from the café, and settled down with my laptop to do a little work. The waiting areas were calm, clean, and very relaxing, and I had no difficulty finding a seat. My wait to see the consultant ran just a few minutes over my scheduled time, simply because the patient before me had slightly overrun.
