I feel incredibly grateful to have been treated by Dr Mohamed Mabrouk — a truly exceptional surgeon and one of the most compassionate, skilled, and dedicated doctors I have ever met. He did far more than perform an operation for me — he changed my life. My case turned out to be extremely complex. Although my diagnostics originally did not show anything dramatic, once the surgery began it unexpectedly revealed stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis — something that is very common, as this condition often cannot be fully seen or understood without laparoscopy. It can appear “out of the blue,” and that is exactly what happened in my situation. Despite this sudden complexity, Dr Mabrouk handled everything with extraordinary precision, calmness, and mastery. He removed every single trace of endometriosis, even in areas that are notoriously difficult to treat, and he did it with a level of accuracy that I still find incredible: My ovarian reserve was completely preserved. None of my organs were harmed. Not even a single blood vessel was damaged. This kind of outcome in stage 4 cases is extremely rare. Many surgeons would have had to sacrifice something, or leave part of the disease behind, simply because of the difficulty — but not Dr Mabrouk. His skill is on a world-class level, and his meticulous technique protected my fertility, my organs, and my quality of life. But what truly sets him apart is not just his surgical brilliance — it’s his humanity. He explained everything clearly, supported me emotionally, and made me feel safe at every stage. After the operation, he called me personally, even on weekends, just to ask how I was feeling and to make sure I was recovering well. His warmth, kindness, and genuine care are something I will never forget. Thanks to him, I am now pain-free for the first time in many years. My physical and mental health have been restored. I feel light, healthy, and finally able to live my life without constant discomfort and stress. Dr Mohamed Mabrouk is a doctor with a truly rare combination of expertise, precision, and heart. We first saw Dr Tim around 18 months ago for a Fit for Fertility consultation and knew from that point that if we did need to have IVF, we wanted to do it under his care. After months of trying, appropriate investigations and lots of reassurance from Tim, we went ahead with IVF and couldn’t have felt more supported throughout - not just with in-person and video consultations when we needed, but also the quick emails in between for the inevitable, forgotten-to-ask questions. Tim has shown genuine kindness and empathy to us as patients, providing a high degree of personalised care which we are incredibly grateful for. Aside from working with Dr Tim we have had an amazing overall experience at The Lister in Chelsea. The whole team from reception, nursing, accounts, other consultants and sonographers (Kerry in particular) have made what is a stressful few months all the more manageable.

My original appointment was with Mr Kamran Saha, as it was thought that I had a which Mr Saha confirmed it was not but rather a cyst. As this was not his expertise, he referred me to Miss Swan Kang who confirmed it was a cyst and arranged an excision. During the procedure Miss Kang noticed a second cyst next to the big one which she also removed and sent both off for biopsies. Amazingly 6 days later there are no visible signs of any incisions apart from some slight redness in the area. I am super happy with the results and grateful to Mr Saha for referring me to Miss Kang. I was also very impressed by Robyn for taking care of all the underlying preparations for both consultations and the minor op which took less than 2 days to complete!!! Kudos to Robyn for managing everything so swiftly and efficiently.

I had a very good first visit to Harley Hearing and wish I had known about and visited this practice when I first had hearing problems 25 years ago! Now I feel very grateful to the senior clinician whom I saw. She put me at ease immediately and she understood the problems I had been having with my current hearing aids. She gave me a hearing test and explained clearly to me the reasons for the loss and suggested a maker that would be able to supply a hearing aid which would give me much improved hearing. I trust her judgment and look forward to wearing my new aids. All the staff were friendly and kind and supportive and, having had experience of both NHS and other private audiologists, I can recommend this practice unreservedly.

I met Mr Marciniak when we visited, he put me in a calming situation, more than I could ever imagine. Giving me a clear picture of what was to be expected, including x-rays of my hips. On the day of the operation, Mr Marciniak was so supportive including introducing me to the anaesthetist, who is also pleasant, friendly and supportive. II couldn’t believe how efficient the procedure was done, how good the anaesthetist was with me explaining every step of the way and that I had no pain during the operation, resulting in a very smooth transition. The after care was also performed extremely well with arrangements for physio, x-ray, timely medication and all the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Very Pleased with the clarity of my vision after wearing Glasses, I had the Galaxy lense fitted and I now have full contrast and colour definition. I had my procedure done at Freedom Chelmsford. The team there were absolutely brilliant,friendly, professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. I could see the improvement immediately . It took a few days for my eyes to adjust as my prescription was very strong and complicated, (lazy left eye.) The hospital is modern ,spotless with excellent facilities and easy access plenty of parking and train. Special Thankyou to Nicola who coordinated everything from start to finish.

I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. Spire was brilliant. Clean, Friendly staff, fast process (MRI in just a few days for example). I had a nerve block injection at Murrayfield and I had my own room which was spotless, all the staff were great from the nurse in the ward to the surgeon via the person who brought me lunch (which I could pick off a menu). Would highly recommend (though don’t injure yourself in the first place if you can help it)

My experience once in the practice was very good. Staff friendly and professional. What I found very stressful beforehand was locating the property. The letter that I received from the NHS gave an address of One Medical House which I could not find on any signage. I drove around for 10 mins and was then worried that I would miss my appointment. The letter should be updated to state OSD Healthcare.
