Extremely poor experience all around Referred for imaging but did not populate the form correctly leading to unnecessary delay Subsequently refused to share details of blood tests without having to book and pay for another appointment even though blood tests and initial consultation were paid for. Would not recommend at all
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delays and the unsatisfactory experience you encountered. My delayed response was due to an urgent visit out if the country and hence I only had the opportunity to review the results late. I deeply regret any inconvenience the imaging form has caused. The handwritten form was to avoid delays. I understand your frustration regarding the blood test results. Our process involves my review of the results to ensure that any abnormal findings are appropriately addressed before they are shared with you in the most secure manner possible. I apologise for the misunderstanding regarding the follow-up appointment. Please be assured that it was not our intention for it to be a formal, paid appointment. Rather, the purpose was to arrange a discussion of the investigation results with me, ensuring that you receive them in context and to offer reassurance. I want to clarify that a paid follow-up appointment solely for discussing results is not expected. The intention behind this process is to provide you with the necessary context and support and I usually do this by phone if patients request it, I would be more than happy to do the same for you if you wish as explained in my email. Thank you for you feedback. I shall discuss this with the team. Arun
