I have been diagnosed with resistant depression disorder and generalised anxiety disorder and had a recent dip on my mental health and requested urgent treatment. Dr. Sarkeel immediately moved my appointment to accommodate my needs to ensure that I had the appropriate care. Not only by being caring and treatment me with the upmost respect, but also by being one of my biggest cheerleaders and celebrating every milestone that achieve. This makes a huge difference finding the right level of support. You need to feel in a safe environment where you can open up as well as feel empowered - that's what you will find at Living Mind. Before I could even ask my long list of questions, he had already answered them all—kindly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend Mr. Bille enough. For me, he was truly a life saver.

I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. Throughout the procedure, he explained everything clearly, checked that I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. When the issue became visible on the screen, he carefully explained what was happening in a way that put my mind at ease. Mr Natt was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend him.

Initial assessments were thorough and the clinicians were kind and understanding. Prescription costs seem affordable and my first prescribed medications were a slight improvement to before. My second prescription was not approved/provided on time and rationing medications/running out for a few days has caused some stress I had bad withdrawal/negative wellbeing from being requested to stop a previous medication, I feel this was somewhat unavoidable but I was not informed of what to expect stopping that med and left to work out the cause of the feelings on my own

Her treatment also helped eased my endometriosis pain. I am very grateful for all the support she has given me.

My recent visit with Dr. Stephens was most informative. A series of questions from Dr. Stephens allowed him to understand the reason for my visit. Dr Stephens then reviewed and analysed the data associated with my visit. This was followed by interpretation of the associated medical data and explained clearly in layman’s terms. Finally, a course of action for the future was outlined. All in all, it was a very thorough, thoughtful consultation, which was most welcome and reassuring. Thank you.

The Tuesday mornings I have received my treatment have just been so amazing, she is so warm and welcoming and listens and advises so very carefully. We went for an early pregnancy scan for a bit of reassurance and to get a better idea of dates and it was the best thing we could have done. Deirdre was our sonographer and was fantastic. I was promised two Salamol CFC blue inhalers u only got one I came back after 30 days but it hadn’t been registered I was told it was to early to get another one I said “ I’d be made to pay when I came back ?” & I’ve been back I only got one Salbutamol I’m not paying for another consultation I need another inhaler please look into it Ms Sue-Ann S
