When I first met Mr Daniel Fudulu. I was extremely nervous. I’m very worried as you can imagine I’ve never been to the BRI..Also being far away from home .. Mr Daniel Fudulu made me relaxed and extremely welcome. he spoke then paused and asked if I had any questions which I felt was very helpful and not once I felt rushed..after 10mins I felt so relaxed and realised we had a lot in common. I knew Mr Daniel Fudulu was the one to give me a second chance of life . He was fantastic understood me and understood my worries took the time to listen to me & never once felt rushed .i just knew I could 100% trust Mr Daniel Fuduluand his team with my life. Also, the care I received at the BRI was fantastic. The intensive care team was brilliant helped me for start to finish and then the recovery ward was just to say even when I was lonely where my family was far away the cleaner the tea lady all took time to talk to me, which made my day a lot better. Thank you be alright have a special thank you too. Mr Daniel Fudulu And his team forgiven me this chance of life and to see my children and grandchildren grew up.. thank you kind regards, Mr. L Collins.

My experience throughout foe both eyes and post care has been excellent. Dr Allam was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable about cataracts . My initial surgery was deferred from 2nd Dec until 16th December 2025. This was due to my right being unfected. Dr Allam reassured me that my surgery would happen before christmas. The surgery did happen on 16th December. From preparation to surgery Dr Allam and team excelkent in communicating to me the process Typea of Lenses and cost. Lynne (nurse) was excellent exolaining post-Surgery and demonstrating how to apply the anti-biotic eye drops .Excellwnt support was privided in terms of eye protectors,tape and drops. Follow up by Dr Allam was excellent abd made me feel valued as a person, not just as a customer. The surgery was a major success. On 6th January 2026 I had a last follow up post surgery assessment. Resukting in Dr Allam confirming through eyes assessments, tge surgery was a success. I want to say thank to DR Allam and team for an excellent support abd for the first time since I was 7 years old I can see amazingly well !

My first visit was a very positive experience. The clinic was well presented, and I felt comfortable sitting in the waiting area prior to being called in. All staff members were polite, kind, and respectful during every interaction. When I entered the consultation room, I initially felt nervous; however, this quickly melted away as I was put at ease through warm and engaging conversation. I felt treated as a human being, not just a patient. The doctor ensured I was comfortable throughout the consultation and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I am genuinely pleased with the outcome of the appointment, as I now have a better understanding of what is happening with my body and feel empowered to seek further support to improve my health and wellbeing. Hospital was dirty. Room was dirty. Was provided with a pillow that was fully stained yellow on one side with no pillow cover. One of the nurses saw it when he turned it over but I had already been lying on it for hours. Went to the surgery without any pillow only to wake up to another stained pillow without any cover. Found a toenail on the bed. Very unhygienic and was not comfortable. Staff were ok. Food received was not what I ordered, so left without eating anything. Will only be coming back for my second operation because it is the surgeons only practice that is close to where I live, otherwise would not be returning. Hygiene is most important in these environments and it was not to par at all. Worse than NHS.

I can’t recommend Dr Lower enough! Without him I am certain I wouldn’t have had my two babies. He diagnosed my Ashermans syndrome in my first visit and I have undergone surgery with him twice. Both surgeries fixed my condition and I went on to conceive my first son less than 2 months after my first surgery and my second son less than 2 months after my second surgery. Worth every penny. Dr Lower has always treated me with kindness and took time to explain everything. He is simply the best! Worth every penny.

I would highly recommend them to any families - they are amazing with kids, so reassuring and make the whole experience fun. They were, without exception, so professional and caring and kind. And - when I needed a hug I received several! I would describe the care I received, from start to finish and in every respect, as exemplary.

Very positive experience. Staff very kind and attentive. Just feel that some explanations and answers to my questions needed repeating to me as I was a bit sleepy after the operation and hadn’t fully understood or taken the instructions in properly. I think it would be beneficial if staff kept checking that patients had fully understood what had been relayed to them.
