I recently visited the London Gynaecology Centre for an appointment with Ms. Mishra, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Ms. Mishra was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was her kindness—she approached every part of the consultation with genuine compassion and professionalism. It’s rare to find a clinician who is both highly knowledgeable and truly empathetic, but Ms. Mishra embodies both. I left feeling reassured as I could be-in my situation, informed, and very well looked after. I would highly recommend Ms. Mishra and the London Gynaecology Centre to anyone seeking exceptional care.

I have just attended a post op review with my consultant. From receptionist to radiographer ( review xray ) to consultant all staff were welcoming , friendly and empathetic. The time waiting to be seen was minimal and each staff member was efficient and ensured the visit was without issue and all concerns were addressed . Mr Islam, my consultant ,discussed In detail my postop xray and listened to my experience of recovery with interest and empathy - allowing me to tell him anything that had concerned me. My post op recovery status was assessed and encouragement given for further progress with a one year review planned . I left the appointment completely satisfied that I had treated by a person with the highest level of skill and professional attitude.

The appointment appeared on My Chart with very little information about who originated it and what its purpose was. Phone calls to the appointments team produced no further information. We thought it could be bad news that had to be communicated face-to-face. The journey cost £60 and necessarily exposed me to some infection risk. When we got there and were directed to outpatients, we were not called. In the end we discovered that a senior nurse called Muriel was expecting a telephone consultation, which is what we actually did in the outpatients area. I think you need to ensure that appointments do not go on the My Chart system unless it is clear what the purpose of the appointment is and who has originated it.

I was in hospital for a problem which has been causing me great mental anguish and stress for many years. Mr Singh was incredibly understanding. I appreciate that a professionalism often dictates that medical staff treat only the symptoms of the issue but Mr Singh recognised my internal turmoil and his empathy and understanding of what I was experiencing was a massive boost to my wellbeing. He was honest and supportive and I wish to convey my thanks to him for that. Likewise I have just read his letter to my doctor and both my wife and I commented on how digestible it was to a layman and how much concern for my well-being Mr Singh expressed. My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. Every now and then someone incredible comes into your life at a time when you most need it. Mr. Sri performed a retroperitoneal robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy to remove a recently discovered tumour from my right kidney. From start to finish Mr. Sri has been an outstanding consultant. He’s calm and reassuring, and has guided me through major surgery such that I had total confidence from the moment I met him. I’ve healed really well and I’m back to living life to the full within a few weeks. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better consultant urological surgeon.

Sam Wilde did an amazing job on my hip. I had a steroid injection and an extremely gloomy prognosis from the consultant with regard to osteoarthritis. Without Sam I would have gone into a deep depression! Sam talked me through a programme of rest post the steroid injection followed by a slow return to exercise with various adaptations. A year and a half later I am back to exercising 6 times a week with (so far) no issues other than the odd twinge from my hip. I am incredibly grateful and can't rate the treatment I got highly enough.

My wife and I have visited the clinic a few times during the last five years and are both very impressed. Dr Chopra is friendly, caring and very competent. He operates efficiently and is always on time. My skin lesions were examined and treated on the spot during the same session today. I received information about the nature and cause of my problem and was given instruction about how to look after the problem area until it is fully healed. I was charged as quoted when I booked the appointment.. Highly recommended service.

Took wonderful care of him, and gave us the most generous discount, because she felt he had been traumatised enough! We will certainly recommend your service. Also for people with less than perfect balance, it was so good to have a ground floor service. Thank you so much for such wonderful care, the lady there went above and beyond for us.

I came in to have my catheter removed and have a twok . This went well, the catheter removal was painless , and the first passing of water was amazing , best for 15 or more years . Overall my treatment with mr Bhat has been a very positive experience, he has been very reassuring and pleasent to deal with the whole journey. Can’t wait for my full recovery and spending so less time in the toilet !

I’ve not had surgery in a hospital before but found Dip very reassuring. I experienced little pain afterwards and indeed, two weeks after surgery for my hernia, most of the painkillers that I was given remain unused. I have now been signed off two weeks and one day after surgery with no real restrictions on my activity. Very pleased.
