My second visit to Dr Frankel’s clinic. It’s always a pleasure. Appointments are on time, the clinic is 1st class and the medical staff are consistently excellent. Dr Frankel has an excellent beside manner, and takes his time to explain everything.
I was seen very swiftly and promptly in a professional manner. Dr Frankel understood my concerns and gave me clear explanation every step of the way. Allowing me the opportunity to ask any questions that I may have had.
That was my first appointment with Dr.A.Frenkel and he made a very good impression.
Dr Frankel was at pains to explain clearly the results of tests I have had and the course of action he recommends. He was reassuring about my condition.
Dr Frankel was really professional and empathetic and did a good job of putting my mind at rest and calmly and clearly walked through next steps with me.
From the moment I first met Dr. Frankel, I could not have been happier. He listened to my history very calmly, and once he saw my scans, he immediately told me the initial and urgent steps I needed to take in order to improve my situation and safeguard my kidneys. He is always very helpful with providing prescriptions, recommendations, etc promptly. Overall, an exceptionally professional and helpful doctor whom it is a pleasure to consult and to be under his care. Highly recommended.
I have had two consultations with Dr Frankel, the first in person and the follow up via telephone. On both occasions Dr Frankel ensured I felt comfortable, listened to my concerns and advised follow up investigation. He explained everything clearly and made sure I had no unanswered questions. Dr Frankel talked me through all test results and although no further treatment required in his specialisation, he was extremely helpful with advice on alternative routes to resolve the issue.
