The care I received and the professionalism of the staff was exemplary.
The doctors and nurses were amazing. The reception stuff was really unprofessional. I had an appointment booked, but they didn’t find it in their system, and they didn’t communicate anything, I had to keep coming back every 10-15 minutes to ask what’s going on. It turned out the doctor I had the appointment was there all along but they just didn’t find it in the notes that my appointment was with her, they were waiting for a different doctor to show up. I was waiting for an hour, I had to leave in the end. I wish they were more diligent sorting out the situation, asking questions, getting in touch with their other colleagues who booked in the appointment to see what was happening. Instead they were the three of them just chatting there about this and that between themselves, never wanting to speak to me, never apologised to me either. They just kept saying like oh no, just wait another 5 minutes, another 10 minutes. It was just not a great experience. I rebooked the appointment for another day and then it was fine, but it was not great to turn up and have to leave, I got quite frustrated.

I have not visited the practice. We are long standing clients and have been communicating for a long time (2-3 years) regarding the disposal of our frozen embryos. The clinic has been extremely poor in it's communication with us. It has made mistakes and left us waiting for answers for months at a time. We have had to chase the team frequently.

The staff and service was top class. It's not the easiest place to get to and Hammersmith Hospital is like a maze.
Arranging of appointment really easy, very helpful PA, giving clear directions and friendly. Medical appointment very good and helpful, detailed explanation of my current condition and further treatment/details, given lots of time and open to all my questions - would definitely recommend Dr. Arnold to anyone with a heart condition
