Hasten to add, it is always a worthwhile journey to such an excellent hospital with its remarkable staff.

My experience during my embryo transfer was genuinely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for, reassured and supported by the entire team. Everyone was kind, gentle and professional, which made such an emotional and important day feel much less daunting. I felt I was in safe hands throughout, and the compassion shown by everyone made a real difference to my experience. It was good. They trained me on how to do a subcutaneous injection. They also corrected a couple of labels on my medication to make it clearer the days that they applied . They offered me a sharp bin for my injectables but unfortunately the bin was too small so if you can get in a supply of larger sharp pins for the big injectable device that would be helpful for other Patients

Very attentive and caring staff. Very clear feedback and explanation of procedures
All nursing and professional staff excellent and attentive. However your building maintenance poor. My room had no handle on the inside so had to be kept open by a wedge or towel thrown over the top so to prevent door closing and therefore meaning I could not get out. Also the TV couldn’t access any of the apps on screen, but unbelievably couldn’t get ITV 1 or Channel 4 two of the UK’s main broadcasters.
