Although i am in private care i waited 2 hours for my medication to be dispensed. Is it possible to consider having a separate pharmacy for private dispensary to relieve the main hospital and thus reduce waiting times?
Our embryo transfer experience was very positive, the whole medical team, especially our doctor Monica Mittal treated me and my husband with kindness, respect, and she had a clear communication with us during the process. She was very informative and professional. I was not anxious at all, Monica made me stay calm at every stage throughout our transfer. Her professionalism is excellent, she does her job with high skill, great respect, deep knowledge, and with strong ethics. Her calm and steady approach helps people feel secure. We hold her in the highest regard for her exceptional medical care and dedication.

There’s no air con in outpatient day care and it’s detrimental to patients during heat waves
My doctor is radiologist-oncologist dr.E.Park. Top level professionalism and excellent communication. Dr.E.Patk is exceptionally knowledgeable and explains all examination details throughly. I attended for an IVF transfer. Once I went into theatre we were told the embryo had expanded but not expanded. We then had to make an on the spot decision about whether to proceed. The information suggested it was very unlikely to succeed. This meant we had to process that devastating information and make that decision virtually on the spot. I wonder if this could be better managed in the future perhaps by informing you so you have some time to process and make a decision. I was very upset at this news and it would have been better to have some advance warning before actually going into the room. I found it really upsetting and stressful due to the subject matter but it would have been better so have a bit of time to digest it properly in private (we were in a room with a window to the lab).. The staff were friendly and nice so it’s not a reflection of that but I think a better system could be in place.

I think the private floors were clean and comfortable but the rest of the hospital was not so. The parking is unbelievably inconvenient for patients with any kind of limitations.
