Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

Staff were friendly and kept us updated on waiting times.
