I visited Dr Platt with my young daughter, who was suffering recurrent UTIs. It is testament to the quality of the care we received that we returned a number of times. Dr Platt has a wonderful bedside manner and always both myself and my daughter at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns, arranged thorough medical investigations, and provided avenues of community and medical support that significantly improved my daughter’s ongoing care.

Dr Platt was so friendly and approachable, engaging with Wilfy directly in a clear and understandable manner. He understood what was happening at every stage and found what can be a daunting experience for an 8 year old very comfortable. Dr Platt was understanding, kind and also fun and I would highly recommend her.

Our teenage daughter was referred to Dr Pratt earlier this year, and our expectations were greatly exceeded. Dr Pratt is a highly professional and knowledgeable specialist, while also being a pleasant and approachable person to communicate with. Her bedside manner is second to none. Our daughter felt completely comfortable at every stage of the investigation and discussion. Needless to say, the diagnosis was made and the management plan was explained in an accessible way. We would highly recommend Dr Pratt as an excellent specialist.

We met Dr Platt with our 6 month old daughter who had been really unwell with recurrent UTIs. She assessed her thoroughly, arranged appropriate investigations and made us feel really reassured. Since our consultation, our daughter has been infection free and tolerating treatment really well. Highly recommend Dr Platt for anyone in a similar situation.
