Dr Nicole Horwitz

Dr Nicole Horwitz is a distinguished Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician with over 25 years of experience in the NHS. Her career has been dedicated to providing holistic, multidisciplinary care for children across the neurodiversity spectrum. She completed her medical training at the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London before undertaking paediatric training in North London, including specialist paediatric neurodisability training at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

In her clinical practice, Dr Horwitz is an expert in the assessment and treatment of ADHD and Autism, as well as developmental coordination disorder and physical disabilities. She is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to ensure a comprehensive care plan. She has particular expertise in supporting children with Down Syndrome and is a member of the Down Syndrome Medical Interest Group (DSMIG).
