I had such a positive experience with Kidswell Health. From the moment we arrived, the lady on reception was incredibly warm, kind and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. My daughter was able to have her appointment independently and, most importantly, felt comfortable enough to really open up and talk. Given how difficult things have been for her recently, that meant an enormous amount to me. I felt that she was listened to, understood and supported, and I came away feeling reassured that we had made the right decision in bringing her to Kidswell. A huge thank you to Lara and to the lovely lady on reception for treating both of us with such kindness and sensitivity. I’m extremely grateful.

We visited Kidswell Health for my 2-year-old daughter’s developmental review, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The doctor was extremely professional, thorough, and engaging. She interacted so well with both myself and my daughter, took the time to answer all of my questions, and left me feeling completely reassured. I had no doubts that Kidswell Health was the right place for my daughter’s review. From the moment you walk into the clinic, there’s such a calm, controlled and welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels warm, thoughtfully designed and child-friendly. The children’s area is beautifully designed and very clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for my daughter. She especially loved the ear defenders and the multi-coloured changing fish lamp — so much so that we actually bought one for home too! 🐠💡 Thank you to the whole team for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so positive and reassuring. We’ll definitely be back for my daughter’s 3-year review! 💕

The clinic is bright, clean and very welcoming for families with young children. The waiting area has a lovely selection of books and toys, which makes appointments much easier with a three-year-old. Everyone we have met has been friendly and professional, and the reception team are particularly responsive, helpful and accommodating. We’ve had a very positive experience with the clinic overall.

I came in a couple of times for my daughter codi to meet with Dr Hemma Velani. She is lovely and very helpful and is good for my daughter.

All the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. We were seen promptly with virtually no waiting time, which was greatly appreciated. The team is highly professional, and the practice is always spotless, clean, and well-organized.

We were recomended to see an amazing paediatric physio (Debra Silver) and I was so impressed. The clinic is a beautiful space and Debra was extremely thorough and followed up with a very comprehensive report.
