Ms Debra Silver

Debra began physio sessions with my daughter, Amelie, when she was 1 year old for her toe-walking and hyper-mobility. Amelie is now 8yo and we continue to have regular appointments. Debra is brilliant! Her expert advice has allowed Amelie to keep her ankles flexible and strong. Amelie has avoided surgery because Debra has helped her maintain good length and strength through her ankles and lower legs. In fact, Amelie can do all the activities she enjoys. She is incredibly active and loves ice-skating and team sports and does them all without pain or issue! One of Debra’s particular skills is that she enjoys her work and enjoys children. And so, Amelie warmed to her quickly and this has been key. Amelie continues to do her physio exercises regularly - not least because she enjoys showing Debra her progress and having a good natter when they meet. I recommend Debra to anyone seeking an excellent children’s physio.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Debra. She is very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring, and has been wonderful with our three-year-old son. Our son has some increased joint flexibility, and she has been supporting him with a strengthening programme to improve his stability and coordination. She explains everything very clearly and has given us practical exercises that are easy to incorporate into daily life. She also knows how to engage with a young child in a very natural way, and our son has always felt comfortable with her during his sessions. She is patient, warm and encouraging, while also being very thorough in her assessment and explanations. We’ve felt very confident in her guidance and would happily recommend her to other families.

We’ve seen Physiotherapist Debra twice so far for our baby boy, and we’ve had a wonderful experience each time. She is incredibly kind, professional, and caring. She has a lovely way with babies, making our little one feel comfortable and relaxed during every assessment and treatment.
