Dr. Georgia Meisel

Dr Georgia Meisel is a Clinical Psychologist who offers online therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her approach is collaborative and tailored, creating a safe space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and experiences. Georgia supports people with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, eating and body image concerns, neurodivergence (including Autism Spectrum Condition and ADHD), grief and loss, sexual health challenges or sexual problems, and relationship issues.

Drawing on years of experience in NHS, private, and third-sector settings, Georgia works by combining evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Narrative Therapy. She believes that no two people are the same and that therapy should adapt to each individual’s needs and goals.

Georgia is particularly passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals, and is skilled in adjusting therapy to meet their unique ways of processing and communicating.
