An all round excellent experience. My appointment was arranged within a week, on arrival staff were very friendly and helpful. The consultant was very thorough in going through past medical history as well as ongoing symptoms. Found out a few issues that had never been picked up by my own GP practice, reassurance given, and appropriate follow up tests / procedures have been put in place. Some of my issues have been ongoing for almost five years, others possibly much longer. All medical information was explained to me in an easy to understand way. Overall, being able to find out all this in my first consultation is extremely reassuring and helpful. Without this private appointment, I would have had a very lengthy wait, i had been advised this previously by my own GP - several years or longer to be seen by respiratory medicine on the NHS. Very glad to have private medical insurance and able to get seen so quickly.

We were very happy to meet Dr Low and enjoyed the consultations which we found very helpful. We found her very kind and approachable. She correctly identified potential complications of pregnancy and put together a plan to manage them. Scheduling of appointments was very easy and she was always available for us via WhatsApp, well beyond our expectations. In fact, her late night phone call advising to get immediate help may have saved our lives - something we will be forever grateful to her for. He quickly assessed my condition and, after that was confirmed by Dynamic Ultrasound, he proposed surgery to attempt to fix the root cause of my discomfort. Surgery was clearly outlined and success rates were described - at all times I felt very well informed. The surgery was very successful and my recovery has been quick with minimal pain. Mr Hunt was highly professional throughout this process and I cannot thank him enough.

I had a number of appointments to see Mr Warr at the Nuffield, and it was always administered well and on time. On the day of the surgery there was initially some confusion on which hospital room I was assigned to but that was cleared up fairly quickly - it was 7am so perhaps a beginning of shift handover issue. The nurses were caring, professional, attentive and very friendly before and after the operation. The anaesthetist visited and was very clear explaining the process, friendly and reassuring. A very good experience. I also appreciated that my parents could be with me before the operation as I'm quite young and not used to being in hospital. Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

Had Cataracts removed in July and then September the staff and Dr Jothi was excellent and couldn’t wish for any better care, follow up phone calls on the day after to check if all was ok such a great procedure on both occasions and no pain at all as everything was explained. The eye sight is now great with all the colours all being clear and now I just need reading glasses to see stuff up close ,have worn glasses for the past 60 years and find it funny not having to were glasses permanently. I would thourghly recommend KingsBridge and their staff as all was very kind and looked after your needs on every visit, One thing no pain .

I would not choose Spire as a private patient. The nursing staff were fabulous but the overall experience was poor. I feel that since they now take 80% nhs patients then the overall standards have dropped. After my operation I ordered an evening meal that didn’t materialise and after starving for over 24 hours was able to get a chicken sandwich eventually. The breakfast was quite simply atrocious. Cold scrambled egg, awful tea, toast inedible due to being soggy. I recently had emergency surgery at Taunton NHS hospital and they were far superior to this hospital.

Received excellent feedback after thorough review and feedback before receiving a final decision on the best way forward, I had considered going overseas for the treatment however, I do not believe I would have achieved. the same outcome as the level of detail and prep including contact lenses to establish the best option took time which I would not have been afforded by the overseas company as it was only a week long process. Everyone was friendly and the place clean but one of the receptions in radiology was very load speak so you heard all her conversations and calls clear as day. You are asked to to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment but I did have to do anything just wait long as I didn’t get in on time and I can only guess they ran late as two people arrived after and went in before me.
