Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. Before contacting you, I felt I had nothing, yet in less than a year I was able to complete my thesis. It is something I could hardly believe. Thank you again for the kindness you have shown in helping someone like me. I am currently arranging my trip to Saudi Arabia next week on Wednesday, and I will return for graduation next summer. I would like to ask whether you recommend that I continue the medication. If so, my current prescription lasts month, I may need to request more, as I found that only the first medication I used is available in Saudi Arabia.

She immediately made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood exactly what kind of intervention was needed. Beyond her professional skill, she’s genuinely a wonderful person…. friendly, always able to make you laugh, and just a joy to be around. Honestly, she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. Her work is always precise, she’s like laser-focused on the details and will go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. Plus, she has an incredibly gentle hand, so you hardly feel any discomfort at all. It makes the whole experience that much easier.

Our experience with Dr Hanci was really positive. We felt, both my husband and I, that he tailored the consultations to both us as parents, but also communicated with our daughter brilliantly, putting her at ease, and ensured she was involved with the process on her terms. Dr Hanci was professional, thorough, empathetic and patient. The nurses were also very caring and diligent with their manner. My only slight feedback would be that there was a bit of confusion by the reception team/s, who advised us that Dr Hanci wasn't working on the day of our appointment, but other than that, a positive experience, given it is/can be a concerning time for families.

Miss Monda is very caring, approachable and understanding. During consultations, both before and after surgery, she listened carefully to my concerns, explained my options and the surgical procedures clearly. I was able to questions freely. Following surgery she visited me early the following morning to review my progress. Throughout the 'journey' from surgery to walking well, which has been long, much longer than expected, and requiring more than the usual number of physiotherapy sessions, she has encouraged and supported me to work hard to gain a good outcome - and to be able to resume activities, that I had no longer been able to undertake.

My experience with Mr Goswami is outstanding. Mr Goswami is a true professional, emphatic and an amazing surgeon. This is now my second operation with Mr Goswami and as a very nervous patient- it was a relief knowing he was the surgeon. The aftercare is excellent with Mr Goswami and the nurses. The anesthetist and nurse who gave me my General Anesthetic were the best professionals at hand since they helped me get through the operation since I had a little melt down before the op. I really value the support that I received from Maja - the use of an app to track my progress and receive regular feedback and prompts in between appointments was novel to me but proved to be a very valuable resource. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but welcomed the opportunity to talk to the doctor during the visit. The written report, following the verbal followup was not of much use to me as it was written in medical ' code'. Had I had the written table of results to hand before the verbal feedback phone call, it would have permitted me to ask what areas denoted as being H /L were about and how I might make changes if any were possible.
