The results from both of our embryo freezing rounds have exceeded our expectations and we feel that these results were mainly due to being so well informed and our treatment at the Lister Fertility Clinic being exceptional. The general experience was excellent - all the staff readily on call any time of the day or night. Although I had some blood pressure problems, it was dealt with efficiently. I would like to identify Aiden as a particularly lovely person who made me feel very relaxed in a stressful situation. The physios were also very good. I would have liked a more detailed discharge plan for exercises to aid my recovery. The pain killers given on discharge seem to be only mildly effective and my pain level remains quite high. I have a lot of bruising on my thigh, which l wasn't told as a possibility. I wasn't given any information about ways to help with the stiffness. Overall, I would recommend the hospital to anyone

De Hughhes has provided excellent care before and after procedures on my ear and nose. The overall experience has been positive and my day to day life has been improved after the intervention. The 2 and half hour waiting time for a 5-minute test was severely dissatisfying. The endoscope tube was much too thick, thicker than it is necessary perhaps. Nowadays the medical technology is much advanced and I truly believe a thinner tube can do the job sufficiently as well as improving patient comfort.
