Front of house Annabelle was lovely and friendly but considering it was my first visit the overall hygienist’ experience was very poor. The appointment was at 19:00pm and I wasn’t seen until 19:25/19:30pm. I paid £70 for a 30 minute clean only for the appointment to last 20 minutes for a basic scale and to be given flossing advice. I had the water squirted in my left eye (underneath the glasses) I put my hand up to warn the two members of staff who didn’t even notice and the lady that was doing the water was also choking me with the tube which was not a pleasant experience (never had this happened to me before and I get my teeth cleaned every six months). I was then told I had to come back in two weeks for another appointment just for the polish (and expected to pay another £70) this has never happened anywhere I have visited before and it felt that it was just a big money making scheme especially try to sell me tooth flosses and toothpaste I already have at home and use. Maybe if the appointment did not overrun previous to me then the lady would have had time to do a full clean as your website states. It is a shame as I would have been re visiting every six months and also wanted extra services like teeth whitening but unfortunately will not be returning.

I was very pleased to be offered this programme. Unusual for a consultant to have such a holistic approach. It has been extremely beneficial to me and I enjoyed working with Ray. I very much enjoyed the Chi Gong and continue with the daily meditation. I found Marya and Nichola very supportive and interesting to work with. I had already lost some weight but was stuck and with their help went on to lose a further 2 stone and have maintained my weight at that level since. The programme has also given me permission to spend time doing the things I like which I have realised is very beneficial to my health.

I noticed my baby had a tongue tie and heart shaped tongue. He was dribbling most of his milk away and I found Dr Gupta via a Google search, I was impressed by the clear information provided on the tongue tie website and booked to see her. Everyone at Loveteeth clinic was very professional and the whole experience was very slick. I felt very looked after. Following the laser tongue tie release my son is less dribbly and sticks his tongue out for the first time. I’m really pleased I was in good hands especially as the team said it was a very thick tongue tie.

This is my second year for breast cancer annual review, so I now know that it will be a long afternoon, moving to and from the waiting room to the consultants room and for different scans. The overall appointment may be lengthy, but having the opportunity to have all the necessary scans and consultations conducted in one afternoon, reduces the number of appointments and waiting time for results which would prolong any worry. I praise Miss Deol, the nurses, radiologist, radiographers for managing a very hectic schedule of patients and scans.

I recently underwent very successful cataract treatment on both eyes with Mr.Zambarakji at The Holly Hospital Buckhurst Hill. Mr. Zambarakji is a gifted surgeon and a very kind and polite man. The procedure was totally painless and took about 25 minutes. His skill in replacing my original lenses with new prescription ones has totally improved my vision. He is ably assisted by his 2 wonderful and most efficient secretaries and his optical assistant is also top class. I would totally recommend him to anyone who requires cataract work.

We saw Ms Attari for Emergency Dental Care. My daughter is Autistic and can be quite anxious with Healthcare Professionals. Ms Attari put her at ease and was firm and clear about what was going to happen - this helped my daughter feel at ease and allowed her to get the care that she needed. Ms Attari provided excellent Emergency care and was clear about aftercare that would be needed. We even got a balloon at the end of the appointment, which meant that there was a silver lining to what had been a very stressful day!

I had a serious hip tendon injury from climbing and had my last physiotherapy session with Rebecca. Since the first session, she'd been very understanding of my symptoms. This means she was able to push me the right amount each time by prescribing the right exercises and intensity. Now at 7 months since the injury, I'm back to my normal climbing routine. She's played such a big role in my recovery and I cannot thank her enough! Thank you Rebecca! :)

Incredibly welcoming and thorough. I never felt rushed and Matthew was great at asking me questions and letting me explain everything that was going on, putting me at ease. Add-ons to do Bloods were easy to arrange and results were next day. I felt listened-to, my issue thoroughly discussed and not rushed, which is exactly the experience one looks to GP's to provide, but is hard to get currently. I'd highly recommend Matthew and attend again.

I can't fault Dr Batty. He always explains everything in detail, answers all my questions or worries and I feel like we decide next steps together based on the information he gives me. I also appreciate the way he treats the nursing staff - it is really important to me that they are treated with respect. He also injects some humour to the consultation which really helps to make it a more relaxing environment.
