The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

From the very first appointment, he explained everything clearly and took the time to listen to my concerns, which made me feel completely at ease. On the day of surgery, his calm and reassuring manner made a huge difference. The whole process was clearly communicated, and I felt confident I was in very safe hands. I’m already feeling so much better following the operation, which was only 9-days ago. Mr Prasad was not only highly professional but also incredibly kind. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering treatment — I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Couldn't fault any of the staff here, all very welcoming, comforting and professional, made me feel at ease at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a few complications from my surgery due to my body not at all accepting the procedure and amount that had been done but the staff and my consultant Mr Harley were on top of it literally immediately. Due to not being a straight forward healer they insisted an open door policy at any time day or night if any concerns. The hospital is very very clean and all policies and procedures are followed to the tee. Honestly a brilliant experience all due to them!

They listed a promotional 10% discount on their website using a coupon code if your total purchase is more than £30. However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.

I had a nephrectomy by Mr Patki in September. From the first visit I felt very trusting of his expertise and felt put at ease by his confidence. My recent experience was very mentally tolling due to a shocking diagnosis of cancer at such a young age. Mr Patki however made that experience more bearable and Gauri his PA was exceptional and one of the best I have ever encountered. No query was too much trouble. I cannot thank Mr Patki and his team enough for their expertise and the support you have given my family.

I visted the 2Me Clinic with Dr. Amaechi for a coil removal that I was extremely nervous for after 1 failed attempt by the NHS. From consultation phone call to the procedure, Dr. Amaechi met me with so much compassion, kindness and understanding. She was able to sucessfully perform the prodcedure quickly and effectively - ensuring I was calm and comfortable the whole time. It made a world of difference, thank you!!!

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr Sheetal for a second time for our embryo transfer. As before, she was professional and explained exactly what was happening. She also said to let her know if any point I wanted to stop, or felt pain. Throughout the whole process, which can be emotional, Dr Sheetal explained what was happening, for example when they were getting the embryo, when they were checking the catheter.

My experience once in the practice was very good. Staff friendly and professional. What I found very stressful beforehand was locating the property. The letter that I received from the NHS gave an address of One Medical House which I could not find on any signage. I drove around for 10 mins and was then worried that I would miss my appointment. The letter should be updated to state OSD Healthcare.

Professor Gomez was decisive in his diagnosis of my condition. He was honest but clear and helpful about the extent of my hernia and the need for open surgery under general anaesthetic. He carefully explained the risks and future prognosis after repair. He gave me confidence that he was the right consultant and surgeon for me. His letter to my GP was an exemplary explanation of the consultation.

It’s always a relaxed & positive atmosphere when seeing my lovely consultant MrDehne. I’ve just been ‘signed off’ with a good report and praise for doing so well…as you have to do your post op exercises! Before my knee replacement operation in June this year he told me step by step what would happen and assured me he’d do a ‘good job’. I have no pain at all and am now much more mobile.
