Dr Justin Gould

Dr Justin Gould has a very good manner in that he listens attentively and considers the comments you offer prior to making an informed recommendation and ongoing advice. He is very easy to talk to and will clearly go through various options and medications, explaining the pros and cons of different medication. His follow up letter after a meeting is extremely clear and ensures that your GP is aware of any tests and action that your GP should put in place. His PA, Dawn, is always extremely helpful and can assist with most queries.

I have been seeing Dr Gould over the last 18 months or so and he been extremely efficient and effective in the treatment of my cardiac condition. He acts with speed, is very clear in his recommendations and is very supportive.

Considering having to see a cardiologist was probably my worse health scare I have had I must say that it was a pleasant experience, Dr Gould is a really nice guy to speak to, he was very calm and calming but also kind and reassuring, and you can tell that he has a wealth of experience dealing with patients and expertise in his medical field. I visited 3 hospitals in under a week and have only high praise for everyone that I met and had contact with. I have no complaints or concerns with any of my treatments or explanations I received and hope that anyone that may read this finds it useful. I would also like to add that I have never until this time have used private medical insurance, and if it wasn't for Dawn Horsfall, Dr Gould's secretary I'm not sure any of this would have been possible, see arranged everything for me and kept me up to date all of the time thank you both.

Thoroughly professional, a patient and perceptive listener, Dr Gould not only worked through a complete appraisal and diagnosis of my condition, taking a careful, stepped approach to my medication but spent, on two occasions, extra time on related issues and promptly confirmed each consultation in detail, in writing.... all with a charming manner. Highly recommended.

Dr Gould was friendly, warm and practical providing me with excellent care throughout my treatment.

Mr Gould was very friendly and diligent in organising various tests to clearly diagnose my heart issue. His speedy actions following the diagnosis were very reassuring He is also easily assessable for follow up consultations which are supportive and comprehensive.
