Mr Will Poole

The whole experience was perfect, thank you, with an amazing end result, pain free. Will Poole is very professional, caring and, as I missed him on the day I left The Spire, he phoned me the following day to check how I was feeling. I have had my post op appointment where every thing is fine and Will discussed the process going forward to have my other hip replaced. I definitely hope that I will be seen by Will again.

I was very grateful when Mr Will Poole agreed to do my recent hip replacement as I have serious heart failure. He is an extremely experienced surgeon, very empathic and caring. and I would thoroughly recommend him

I initially met with Will in early December soon after my injury which was November 30th. My physio referred me to Will and I booked a private consultation with him. I felt very reassured and well informed by Will's experience and knowledge with the injury I sustained, which was not a common injury. Will fully explained my options, surgery versus no surgery, and the expectations with both options. I had a few weeks to consider as having the surgery was time critical. I was extremely thankful that the surgery was booked and went ahead on the 3rd February.

Mr Poole is a lovely man, so easy to talk to, a very good listener. He also explains things very carefully, and gives a good clear way forward. I feel as if I am in good hands with him, and trust his diagnosis. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a good clinician in this field.

From start to finish I was made to feel comfortable and safe with very clear explanations. Mr Poole was attentive and reactive to my questions/ concerns however trivial. I am now able to re start my activities and adventures in life.

Everyone was very patient and kind, nurses were quick to respond when needing help. I was kept informed of everything that was going to happen the food was lovely and good choice of menu, even exchanged my choice of sweet which was fresh fruit (an apple, that i struggle to eat), for something more manageable.
