I couldn’t recommend Mr. Poole more highly. I hope I replied to this request to review at the time, so I’m doing it again just in case. The whole experience was easy, I felt totally supported and reassured.
Mr Poole was kind, a good listener and extremely professional. He didn’t rush the consultations and was very thorough. I had 100% confidence in his clinical expertise. Thank you.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible care I received during my hip replacement operation. I am now back on my feet and walking pain free. Your expertise, professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. I shall be forever grateful ⭐️
Mr Will Poole diagnosed my problem with clarity and empathy. He clearly explained the options that were available to me and I opted for an operation. This was performed promptly and with obvious care. I thoroughly recommend Mr Poole.
Follow up from hip replacement operation which was performed by Dr Poole. The operation was a success and has been all been perfect
Mr Poole makes you feel very comfortable from the onset, explains the process in layman's terms and gives you the time you need to ask any questions. This was my 2nd hip replacement and knew what to expect, but the method he used meant i recovered mobility far quicker than the last one.. If i had anymore hips left to replace, i would definately choose Will to do it again.
After much deliberation from previous experiences in the NHS, I decided to fund a trip to see what the other side could offer. Mr Poole had spent time researching my medical history and I felt well listened too, he had a very informative , relaxed but pragmatic approach to my future treatment plan , suggesting realistic approaches both private and through the NHS. I left feeling like I had many long term answers regarding countless previous surgeries answered and inspired and motivated to pursue further treatment and look forwards to a follow up in the future.
He made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions in full.He gave me complete confidence in his ability which has resulted with me able to walk again with no pain as proof.
Hip operation went very smoothly, was very well explained and Mr Poole answered all of my questions and i felt very confident in him carrying out my op.
