Everyone was very patient and kind, nurses were quick to respond when needing help. I was kept informed of everything that was going to happen the food was lovely and good choice of menu, even exchanged my choice of sweet which was fresh fruit (an apple, that i struggle to eat), for something more manageable.

Experience was very good. Mr Poole explained everything very clearly and outlined the treatment plan

Mr Poole explained everything very clearly and in a manner that I a non-medical person could fully understand. He answered any questions that I had about my recent procedure and gave me advice on after operation care. Mr Poole is very approachable and always gave his time generously. Before and after my recent procedure he came to see me so i understood what was about to happen and what to expect post operation. I am very grateful to Mr Poole for what he has done for me and how he delivered it in a very professional and friendly manner.

I have recently had a full hip replacement under the care of Mr Poole and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From my very first consultation through to my surgery and follow-up care, the entire experience was exceptional. I felt fully informed, listened to, and completely confident that I was in the best possible hands. The hip replacement itself has been truly life-changing. The improvement in my mobility and comfort have been outstanding and I truly feel like I have my quality of life back. I am very grateful for the care, expertise, and professionalism shown throughout my treatment by Mr Poole and his whole team. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering hip surgery.

I was very pleased to have Mr Poole as my surgeon for my hip replacement. He explained clearly what would happen and answered any questions I had. The operation went very smoothly and my recovery was swift.

Mr Poole has been excellent from the pre op consultation, during the hospital stay and at the 6 week post op review. He has explained everything in great detail and i will certainly be requesting for his services again for my other hip i a few years time

I would have no hesitation in having my other hip done if needed.
