I was very pleased with the consultation the doctor put me at ease. About the next step I have to take.
Very friendly, knowledgeable. Very happy with consultation
All staff were professional and friendly. My appointment was done on time. Easy parking. The hospital was very clean.
All good. Please note my e-letter said it had a COVID/travel attachment but did not. It had a measurement page which was not needed. The health assessment form has 2 strange questions on it... "How do you identify?" I took this to mean the pronouns I use but older people wouldn't have a clue. "Cannot take bloods or ...operation" ... Question or statement? What does it mean?
Went smoothly , very professional, clean & pleasant environment.
Damien is an very good colleague and surgeon, specialising in upper limb and trauma surgery
