Generally very good care treatments however at times some things gave the feeling of being rushed nothing you could put your finger on, just a feeling.

Excellent very caring had total knee replacement within a year of each other and delighted with the outcome of both operations Highly recommend PPPlus if available to you

I was very happy with my treatment at Emerson Green. The staff were very helpful and friendly and my pain levels were controlled very well

Overall a great experience, very friendly attentative staff, nothing too much trouble. Everthying was explained to me in detail for every stage of my procedure.

Excellent experience from start to finish,everyone from the reception,nurses,physio,catering,and my surgeon have been excellent .The care during my stay for total knee replacement I can,t fault ,I defiantly would recommend this hospital .

Very quick and professional from beginning to end. The only concern I had was only staying in hospital for 1 night following a full hysterectomy although they pride themselves on not keeping patients in hospital as it’s proven that you recover better at home, whilst I agree with this, I still would have preferred at least 1 extra night just to feel more confident. I did however heal well and Dr Darty and the anesthetist were outstanding and explained everything and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them individually and the hospital as a whole..

My whole experience within the hospital was excellent from start to finish

I visited twice, once for consultation and once for treatment. On both occasions, the receptionists were a little aloof and inattentive; first impressions count. Apart from that the treatment was first class. A little more detail on post operative care may have helped as I suffered painful constipation.

All I expected and more, talked to all of the way, from front door in to front door out👏

My procedure went smoothly, the staff were very friendly and informative with explanation at each stage of the process. The environment was clean and well organised, I am very happy with the care I received.
