I found my appointment was very swift and Damien explained everything to me well and made sure i understood. I find Damien knowledgeable and friendly.
I have been to Emerson’s Green Practice Plus Group on several occasions, I choose this hospital as it’s professional, clean, surgeons, doctors, nurses and all other staff who work there are friendly and helpful at all times. Never had a bad experience.
It has been a joy to come to the hospital too have both my knees totally replaced in eighteen weeks. From the ward nurses - shout out especially to Winifred, Chris and Jessy (the lady). Both anaesthetic and theatre teams, and surgeon Mr Yallapregada. The physio team have been really supportive and encouraged me to keep going with my progress. Out Patients appointments have run to time, and it generally a pleasure to be treated here.
Everyone was super friendly and easy to deal with. The hospital is very clean and well set out. From initial contact to first appointment was approximately 2 weeks, then approximately 4 approximately a further 4 weeks to my surgery, which was absolutely fine with me as I had waited 3 years on NHS and no sign of a date for the operation. My surgeon Marzena was fabulous as we're her theatre staff and all the other nurses. I was offered tea/coffee and biscuits while waiting to go to theatre. I would NOT hesitate to recommend Emersons Green to any of my family and friends. This was the BEST money I've ever spent.
I have used this hospital on a number of occasions and have always been very satisfied and this time was just the same.
