From the moment Dr Zatman walked into the room I felt at ease. Her communication, explanation, compassion and kindness could not have been better and I will always be grateful to her for that. Administering the spinal anaesthetic was slick and painless. She spoke to me throughout the procedure in such an engaging conversational manner I actually forgot I was having surgery. Our conversation covered all aspects of my health including my current perceptions about my appearance, and Tahsin then explained her holistic approach and potential recommendations. This was very helpful to me as I was not sure what treatment, if any, would help me most at this stage in my life. On meeting the anaesthetist I found her to be extremely helpful and professional. She put me at ease straight away and talked me through the process. I had a few medical issues that I was concerning about . She made me feel relaxed and went out of the way to insure that I was given the appropriate meds given my medical issues. I thought she was amazing.

This lady is superb and a miracle worker. Nothing is too much bother for her and she gives you her undivided time. She has made me look so much younger and fresher I’m amazed. I would highly recommend her if you value your face and want professional work.
