About Mr Nawar Abdulsattar
Mr Abdulsattar is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a wealth of experience and a passion for advancing the field of orthopaedics. He graduated from the University of Al-Mustansiriyah with an MB ChB in 2003.
Following his education, Mr Abdulsattar's pursuit of excellence led him to Sweden, where he underwent rigorous training and earned recognition from the prestigious Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, obtaining his MD degree. A member of the Swedish Orthopaedic Association, Mr Abdulsattar's contributions to the field extend beyond borders. Despite relocating to the UK in 2020, he continues to serve as a visiting surgeon in Sweden, maintaining his connections and sharing his expertise internationally.

I'd seen various Dr and consultants who helped me through, but the pain was increasing, I eventually was seen mr nawar abdulsattar and was quickly given a appointment for an operation which was such a relief, the op went well and I've had little to no issues, he was friendly and answered any questions in a way I understood. I have just had my three months checkup after having myfirst knee replacement. Mr Nawar Abdulsattar Was very kind and explained everything very well. I had an excellent experience with the surgery and he left me with a wonderful straight scar compared to some I’ve seen on social media. I did not experience much pain at all after the first 24 hours and I have had an excellent recovery with very little pain. I have been very pleased with the outcome and have full use of my knee again. Mr Nawar Abdulsattar did an excellent job. And if I need another knee replacement, I will definitely be asking for him. Thank you so much. I am so pleased with the outcome.
