I had a very positive experience at my appointment at Damien Tucker’s clinic. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. Mr Tucker was professional, kind, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. His knowledge and reassuring manner gave me confidence in the care I received. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and professional, and the appointment was well organised throughout. I am very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend Damien Tucker and his team. Thank you for such a positive experience.
Mr Damion Tucker was very polite and professional and allowed me time to ask questions.
The clinic is clean , staff at reception always seem to be ran of theire feet and can be pretty abrupt at times, communicate is pretty bad also.The only time I ever manage to reach them on the phone is opening time and then after 9am I dont even bother trying any more . The wait time for appointment isn't all to bad, longest I waited was 30 mins. All in all it is better than most places I have been.
Receptionist was good. I was given a form to fill out and before I finished it I was seeing the surgeon. The only recommendation would to send out the questionnaire to be completed before the appointment, as i didnt have all the details to hand.
