Very happy with everything except the one thing that was a MASSIVE concern is the nurse who came to put my cafeter in my arm did not seem to know which arm was my left arm and after 3 attempts and feeling like a pin cushion I asked her to forget it and get someone else to do it.
Excellent detailed discussion with a specialist. Not rush and also reassuring.
Osama was really good and made the whole experience relaxing and he is easy to talk too.
