Welcomed on arrival for appointment. Taken immediately to appointment despite being early. Efficient booking of testing. MRI staff helpful and welcoming.

Second time visit in the last 3 months, great staff that make you feel relaxed and comfortable for your stay, once for an overnight stay and once as a day patient.

Generally a good experience. The nurses were all helpful, approachable and thorough. The theatre nurses were particularly kind and understanding. My only complaint was that I was given a dirty gown to put on which had food particles on it. And the meals were somewhat disappointing. Apart from that though, I had a good experience.
