Dr Dubois completed undergraduate studies (BA) at Oxford University before reading medicine at St Bartholomew's and The Royal London Hospitals, graduating with distinction in 2001. He undertook his gastroenterology at central London teaching hospitals. Dr Dubois was awarded a Medical Research Council Training Fellowship in 2006. He attained a PhD in 2011 for research into the genetic causes of intestinal inflammatory conditions including Coeliac disease and Crohn's disease before being appointed a Consultant at King's College Hospital in 2012. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
