I first saw Dr Dobson in mid-June after realising, at the ripe age of 44, that I was showing clear signs of perimenopause. My NHS GP wasn't taking my concerns seriously at all. I was basically told I was too young and should try meditation. (Not sure how that's meant to help with night sweats, but there we are). From the minute I sat down with Dr Dobson, the experience was completely different. He was patient, thorough, and most importantly, he actually listened. He took my symptoms seriously and helped me figure out what mattered most to improve my day-to-day life. We agreed on a treatment plan and a clear follow-up process, which immediately gave me a lot more confidence. At my first review, he quickly identified what was and wasn't working and adjusted the medication without any fuss. During my final consultation, he even noticed something I'd brushed off as insignificant (a bit of irritation from the adhesive on the HRT patch) and explained that I didn't have to tolerate it. He offered an alternative straight away. It sounds small, but it really showed how much he pays attention and genuinely wants your treatment to work properly, not "good enough", which as women we learn to do with our health at a very young age. I've now been handed back to my NHS GP for the ongoing prescription, which is exactly the outcome I hoped for. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dr Dobson in future if I needed to. He made a stressful and frankly dismissive experience elsewhere feel manageable, and I'm really grateful for that.

He has taught and trained many of the ENT consultants currently practicing in London, and his expertise, precision, and judgement are truly exceptional. I trust him 100% with every piece of advice and every decision regarding my child’s care. He recently performed a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and grommet insertion for my son, and the experience could not have been better. The surgery was perfectly executed, and the recovery went smoothly thanks to his outstanding skill and attention to detail. Another remarkable aspect of being under Mr. Hartley’s care is the exceptional support provided by his assistants. They are highly capable, attentive, and responsive — always available to help, even without an appointment. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to ensure they could help with anything urgent we needed. They’ve done so much to ensure everything was in place for my son’s surgery, and I truly believe it couldn’t have happened at all without them. I am deeply thankful to Mr. Hartley and his incredible team for their professionalism, care, and compassion. We feel very fortunate to have been under their care and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I took my daughter for a blood test today with Dr. Nimah Bholah, and we had an outstanding experience. My daughter has had difficult and painful blood draws in the past, so she was quite nervous. But Dr. Bholah was incredibly reassuring, gentle, and patient throughout the whole process. To our surprise, my daughter felt no pain or discomfort at all, it was the most relaxed she has ever been during a blood test. Dr. Bholah explained everything clearly, helped her feel at ease, and showed real care and professionalism. My daughter even said she would happily come back to see the same doctor again whenever she needs blood work. That alone says everything about the quality of care we received. Thank you, Dr. Bholah, for making what is usually a stressful experience into such a positive one. Truly exceptional service.

The hospital is soulless. The staff seem to wander about aimlessly. I sat waiting in an empty waiting room, no water or coffee. My consultant was late, though no one told me. There was no one to ask, I had to try and find someone to track my consultant down. A nurse appeared then sat in the waiting room on her phone on a video call and then on Instagram, she didn’t acknowledge me. They found my consultant who then disappeared again , no idea where she went. She was over a half an hour late for my appointment, not great but made worse that no one bothered to come out and tell me. Very poor experience and not what I expected from this hospital.

My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. Dr Karolina Afors is highly skilled and took plenty of time to read through my pages and pages of notes at our first appt. After being dismissed by other doctors, she was a breath of fresh air with lots of ideas, and she was invested in helping me get my life back from pain. The medicines she has prescribed me for my endometriosis have changed my life and she always has a range of suggestions for symptom management of many conditions. Cannot recommend her enough. I've got my life back with her help.

Arrived in good time but parking was appalling. No toilet in the temporary scanner, so had to find another in main building. Was a little out of breath in return and was sent straight in. Told to stay still, but was still breathing a little hard which wasn’t taken into account. The staff were pleasant but seemed to give up on me when I couldn’t hear instructions through the headphones (I had been told to wear ear protection buds underneath).
