Vivek has been the face of Elanic for me. His patience and understanding along with knowledge and experience put you at ease after your first consultation. On the follow up visit with him - he’s ready and willing to carry out revision if needed without question. He as keen as the patient to get the finished result spot on The nursing staff are fantastic. Very welcoming and great at reassuring you. They can’t do enough. My only gripe was that nobody was able to give me any details after my op of the size of implant I received or how much fat was removed. I’m hoping to learn this today at my follow up phone call. This is my second procedure at Elanic and both times, I have found the admin side of things lets them down. Omissions/mistakes/non personalisation of documentation emailed for signature. Not taking into consideration distance to travel when allocating follow up appointments (evening appointments aren’t ideal when having to travel nearly 2 hours). Multiple texts arriving all at the same time with schedule of follow up appointments. Thankfully I scrolled up and saw that there were many messages and didn’t just read the last one sent. Very much feels like a “tick box” effort and not enough thought put into making things more customer friendly/professional. I would still choose a Elanic and wouldn’t hesitate recommending to others. The medical side of things is second to none.

I was treated by Dr. Patrick Grover at the Cleveland Clinic for a skull base tumor, and I couldn’t recommend him more. He is professional, thorough, and genuinely caring, always putting patients first. He explained every step, listened to my concerns, and made me feel completely safe. The surgery went smoothly, leaving a precise scar with minimal hair loss. The admissions team and hospital staff were also outstanding attentive, kind, and professional. I felt truly supported throughout my journey. My care is still ongoing, and I want to thank the Cleveland Clinic team for turning a difficult, urgent situation into one filled with hope and support. Dr Marwan was so friendly and very professional. He explained everything very clearly, showed me this issues with my shoulder on the ultrasound machine and then went on to provide several injections. I barely felt a thing and the results have been transformative. I could barely move my arm for months, making taking a shower or even driving extremely painful and difficult. Within a week I had about 95% full use of my arm and shoulder and can now sleep properly. It's been about 2 months now and it is even better without undertaking further physio. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr Marwan. I just wish I saw him sooner, it would have saved a lot of misery and costs associated with physiotherapy!

I couldn’t find where I needed to go at first due to the CT scanner lorry being in front of the hospital sign and no other sign and map showing where the Spencer hospital was. When I did find it and after filling in my paperwork I had to go to the fracture clinic where my appointment was. There were no signs to say where to sit (a simple sign saying Spencer hospital patients please wait here would have helped). A lot of patients were wandering around aimlessly trying to work out where to go. It took those of us that had worked it out t tell them. I waited over half an hour for my appointment (I know things get behind and different patients need longer).

I had never heard experienced any issues with my heath up until my meniscus and ACL injury due to this I was apprehensive about the situation. This was my first injury which required surgery and being informed about this was a shock to myself however I was given clear information regarding the injury and how the surgery would effect my life which allowed me to plan around my injury both from a professional standpoint and with family life. The support received from all medical staff within DR Bhattacharyya’s team was reassuring and allowed me to focus on my recovery which made the whole experience as easy and straightforward as possible.

I got squeeze in to see Mr Haslam on the day I called the surgery. Within 2 weeks I’d had my MRI, and met with Mr Haslam again To discuss my surgery options. He was very clear and concise with the different options available, helping my weigh up the pros and cons including not having the surgery. Surgery day came soon enough though, and mr Haslam came to my private room prior to going down to theatre to answer any last minute questions. He was also the last person I saw upon my late discharge the same day after my ACL surgery, making sure I had everything I needed and all questions answered. Great guy, would highly recommend

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Lewis who is the surgical coordinator is an absolute gem and a pleasure to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic

Recent visit on 20 September was wonderful. Operation was a great success. Only minimal time in hospital but all bases covered. Marvellous surgeon doctors and nurses. All very friendly and professional. An excellent experience pain control was very effective allowing for substantial movement following the op. I really cannot speak highly enough of all personnel it was a really really excellent experience. In on Saturday and out on Sunday with all necessary medications and excellent instructions for ongoing exercises and general care and attention. It has been a very positive experience

I have been under review by Professor Branley since this diagnosis in December 2022 he is always very accommodating with arranging appointments around my busy work schedule. As I also need this review for employment reasons it is very helpful to have someone who is organised and provides all the information required as soon as he has finished his review.

Prof Ali Al Hussaini provided the most wonderful experience. He was chatty, relaxed and professional throughout. The procedure I had done was done at a pace which suited me (which in my case, at my request, was efficiently and quick!). The procedure (septoplasty) was done to a very high standard and I had no complications. I recovered quickly and was able to carry on with normal life activities after half a week of rest. The results achieved are exactly as desired.
