I was delighted with my recent visit to One Hatfield Hospital. a) The hospital was easy to find. b) The parking was perfect, and I immediately found a parking space. c).I loved the look of the hospital, and the high ceilings and modern appearance I found very uplifting. When I went inside the hospital I was greeted by Georgia at the desk, who took me through the registration process, and I also registered my car. I sat down for a very short time and then Mrs. Fiona Batesan ( with whom I had an audiology appointment) came out to greet me, and she took me in to her consulting room. I also met Amy who was the very friendly nurse who was assisting. I thoroughly recommend Mrs. Fiona Bateson. Finally, I had a delicious snack in the little cafe. Sam was serving and he was very attentive and interesting to speak to. I forgot to mention the toilets, which were very clean, and I was slightly amused when the male cleaner rushed outside the moment that I entered the toilets. All in all, I had a very positive experience of my visit to the One Hatfield Hospital, and I shall certainly be recommending the hospital to everyone. Since my visit I have heard of a friend who had his NHS. hip.or knee replacement at the hospital, and he was also very pleased with his experience. When I first went to Harley Hearing, I was scared. I was on an unknown path that I really didn’t want to go on. But I knew I had to. From my first visit, about 8 years ago, I was put at ease. I was still trying to pretend, to myself, that I didn’t need that much help though! But everyone there has both supported me and encouraged me. They have explained what was going on, and that has helped me to make the correct decisions about my own treatment. When I realised I really did need a cochlear implant, they guided me. I saw an ENT consultant -someone else who took his time to explain everything it involved. I was never pressured but I knew I had to do it. Both before and post surgery which was done only 3 weeks ago, I have been supported. Everyone’s patience and kindness went beyond what I had expected. I attended Claire’s clinic on Friday 10th October. My appointment time was 10.30am. I was greeted warmly by Claire spot on the agreed time. Together we went through the up and coming procedure. I felt reassured by Claire of what was to happen. Following a few personal checks and my blood pressure being taken , I was lead into the clinic. Naturally, I was a little concerned about what was going to happen. Both Claire and her assistant, Hannah were both, very professional in explaining to me the course of events. I was kept in formed at all times about the procedure. Both people gave me great confidence. Thank you. As expected the biggest test (for me) was the administering of the anaesthetic. ! The actual procedure was carried out without pain.

After suffering from reflux, pain when trying to eat food, constant indigestion after every meal.I am pleased to be udergoing investigative procedures to give me a better quality of life. In my case I have been taking a ppi medication incorrectly, and have never had a review in over 12 years, I did not realise the medication should not be taken with other medications or that you should not take it with food or drink. Currently after initially being diagnosed with Barrets ,I now take my ppi an hour either side of eating/ drinking and have changed to a strct Barrets /Gerd sufferer diet and have found 90 per cent of my symptoms have dissappeared. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The administrative team were responsive and kind, making the booking process and all communication very easy. On the day of the colonoscopy, the reception staff were welcoming and efficient, and the waiting time was short. The nurse team explained every step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Dr Amit Gera took the time to go over everything again before the procedure, which was very reassuring. After the colonoscopy, both he and the nurses checked in carefully, explained the results clearly, and answered all my questions. The overall process felt calm, professional, and genuinely caring. I left feeling fully informed and confident that I was in good hands.

He took the time to listen carefully and sensitively to my full history, both from years ago and my more recent experiences, which immediately made me feel understood and supported. His wealth of knowledge in this area is clear, and his expertise across other specialities gives me real confidence that he’s keeping an eye on everything. I was also really impressed by his fee structure, which is far more transparent and reasonable than many online clinics. The whole process has been incredibly efficient: my medication is already on its way and will be arriving the very next day. Communication and support over WhatsApp have been excellent from start to finish.

I have had two facials from Dr Nadia and both experiences were amazing. I felt relaxed, comfortable and safe in Nadia’s presence and learnt so much about my skin in the process. I most recently had a relaxing facial treatment as a birthday gift from my sis and not only was this experience so special through the facial massage and relaxing atmosphere, but my skin has cleared up with noticeable improvements in under a week!! This was also paired with advice around changing a few skin products I was using to better support oily skin. There’s nothing that Nadia won’t support you with skin wise and I’m so grateful that I have found my skin doctor ❤️ can’t wait to book in again soon!

I first met Mr Guha 11 years ago for a bunion operation. I can honestly say that the treatment I had back then and a few other toe operations since then he has always treated me the same. Explaining what needs to be done, sometimes he has drawn diagrams to help me understand the procedure that he needs to carry out. He has a professional, friendly manner. He always takes his time when explaining things to me. I have always found that what he recommends, he is spot on and as long as you listen to his advice and take note and do as you are told you cannot go wrong. I trust Mr Guha 100% and would recommend him to anyone seeking any problem with their feet.

I recently visited Newmedica, Worcester for an assignment after which they offered me next day surgery as they'd had a cancellation. I found all the staff right from reception to nursing to doctors, were warm, welcoming and excellent, each and every staff member I met at Worcester were absolutely wonderful, from the moment I arrived to the moment they discharged me. I can't recommend them highly enough. The waiting room was pleasant, there was thoughtful touches such as complementary drinks available, the clinic is modern and clean. If anyone needs cataract surgery like I had go to Newmedica Worcester.

I came to Dr. Ms. Ying Yiing Lou with great anxiety, as my symptoms and test results raised suspicions of gynecological cancer. It was undoubtedly one of the most frightening moments of my life. The most important thing is that Ms Yong Yiing Lou was able to completely calm me down. She explained very clearly and thoroughly what exactly we are looking for, what procedures we will be conducting, and what the real likelihood of a bad diagnose. Thanks to her quick and accurate diagnosis and support. Thankfully, the cancer diagnosis was not confirmed. I am eternally grateful to her for guiding me through this.

I had a good overall experience at The London Independent Hospital. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive, and everything was generally well-organized. However, my experience in the MRI department could have been better — the staff had difficulty finding a vein for the contrast injection, and after several attempts, I nearly fainted. While I understand that this can sometimes happen, it was quite uncomfortable. Despite this, I was otherwise happy with the care I received and would still recommend the hospital.

From start to finish, my experience at the hospital was excellent. All the staff, from the porters and receptionists to the medical team, were friendly, attentive, and professional. Dr. Patel’s two PAs went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I was well cared for throughout my visit. The hospital’s location is also very convenient, especially for anyone traveling by train. Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hospital.

I attended a follow up appointment, following my Mohs microscopic surgery on my nose a number of weeks ago. Dr Ghura was pleased with the healing and gave me further instructions on how to tend to the scar tissue to further improve this over the coming months, which was helpful. I am extremely pleased with the result, as I was most concerned when I first found out that I had a BCC, especially as it was on my nose.

It was brought forward by a few minutes as a result of a telephone call from the receptionist asking me to go for my appointnent asap because I was the last on the list and there had been cancellations. As I was dependent upon a taxi journey of 12 miles I couldn't arrive much earlier than planned. The Doctor and staff saw me immediately on my arrival and I was in there for no than 15 minutes. Excellent service.

The treatment received at Spire hospital was excellent. The booking procedure however was not. Booking via Vitality led to my details not being set up and me having to call a central call centre (which did not have a clue) to arrange follow up treatments. I actually raised a separate complaint about this as the process was clearly not working as well as it should which is a shame as the hospital itself is good.
