I had a fantastic experience from time of admission to the day surgery unit at Cov Walsgrave hospital in Coventry .I was made to feel comfortable in my surroundings by two of the sweetest nurses upon admission to the unit for a procedure on my right shoulder they put my mind at ease explaining all that I was about to have done the operating staff were brilliant as well everyone conducting the procedure kept me informed about every step of my procedure I could not fault them in any way at all .I confess that due to a horrific experience once before at the same unit for prostate cancer I was a very very worried man thinking I was going to be kept in this unit overnight and upon enquiring if this was to be the same as in staying overnight I was mightily relieved and when I explained about my last experience I have to say that the two nurses doing my pre op chat etc I explained my concerns and the reason why I was so apprehensive about my op they went over and above their job to enable me to finally be at peace with myself ref this new procedure. I cannot Thank them enough for all that they did for me nor can I Thank the surgeon and the two nurses in operating suite enough for all they did for me so again THANKYOU to all of you in day surgery unit yesterday 19/11/2025at 14:30 hrs.

Dr Rajah was extremely thorough. A complete gentleman from beginning to end. Explained in great detail the process I was in, what stage of the process I was at, what’s coming next, then the surgery and the recovery process. He was the most personable Consultant ive ever met. Most it seems are trying to get you in and out asap. Mr Rajah, knowing he was behind schedule and knowing by my body language that I had questions to ask, made sure I asked anything I was uncertain about. The pinnacle of professionalism. Knowing that it’s him will be operating on me put me at ease. I’ve twins at 9yo and to be honest the anaesthetic was worrying me, but now I feel better about it. You wait a long time on getting surgery, but when it arrives all the apprehension arrives along with it but I’m more settled that it’s himself. If this gets back to Mr Rajah, I’d met Consultants and Doctors over the years and I’m sorry to say I felt like a number where 99% where concerned, please don’t ever lose that empathy with the patient Mr Rajah, it’s the one thing that people can see that gives us a reassurance.

I was in private unit ,I had an apointment with Mr. al Midani. For the subjects kidney , hernia, obesity. I turst Mr. Al Midani. He is a perfect doctor. 👏👏🧿🧿⭐⭐. He thinks with the patient, on the side of the patient. He explains everything briefly. We had the obesity subject in the last 6-8 months. ,it goes very well. I got 18-20 kg lighter. And in a few months Most probably I will have the surgery for my hernia occured after the kidney transplantation/mediterranian univ. Mr. Al Midani will do the hernia operation here in Royal Free. Because he has the experience on both hernia and kidney transplantation. Thanks to him for all his efforts.. And congrats 👏🧿⭐

I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. Arrived early as instructed, car park was full as the barrier was open and it appeared people were taking advantage of free parking. The amount of cars in the car park did not reflect the amount of people in the waiting area. I was shown where to go and I took a seat, my appointment was at 2.30 i was there at 2.15 I went in around 3.00. Not sure why I needed to be so early as I was not asked to fill in any forms or speak to anyone. My actual appointment was ok the consultation was professional and the consultant was very nice. Disappointed that the hot drink station doesn’t have takeout cups or the nice border biscuits.

I was delighted by Cardiff Gate. I had a PSA blood panel. I would be HUGELY delighted if you would consider the following: Blood tests at Sancta in Swansea could gather blood work across greater Swansea Bay. As a suggestion to you, please consider offering that on ONE of your 2 visits per week to Sancta. say, offer morning bloods? Then charge clients a small extra fee to cover a courier to run them all back to Cardiff at midday. You don't really offer such a Bloods service ain Swansea at the moment and it would cover its costs and bring in regular business.
