I’ve been under the care of Braithwaite Practice for over 10 years, seeing Dr Braithwaite throughout that time, so going into my IVF journey I already felt a deep sense of trust and reassurance. Knowing that he and his team were looking after me made such a difference - I felt completely at ease from the very beginning, which is invaluable when going through something as emotional and significant as fertility treatment. The level of care across the whole practice is truly exceptional. Every member of the team is warm, professional, and genuinely invested in your journey, creating an environment where you feel supported, understood, and never alone. A special mention has to go to Elizabeth, the fertility coordinator, who was absolutely incredible. She made sure everything was organised seamlessly and well in advance, which took away so much of the stress and uncertainty. I was always kept fully up to date, with clear and consistent communication throughout. What really stood out was how much she cared - she regularly checked in on me, making sure I was okay and had everything I needed. That level of attentiveness made such a difference and made me feel truly looked after. I also want to mention Dolly, who assisted at my scans. She is so professional, kind, and genuinely lovely, and she brought such a calm and reassuring presence to every appointment. It’s those small moments of warmth and care that really stay with you, and Dolly made each visit feel that little bit easier. Overall the care I received from Braithwaite Practice has been outstanding. From the medical expertise to the organisation and emotional support, everything has been handled with such compassion and professionalism. I feel incredibly grateful to have had such an experienced and caring team by my side throughout my journey.

It’s Very difficult to put into words how happy we were with our experience with Jess. The huge decision in finding an obstetrician seemed quite daunting, but Jess came highly recommended and a short zoom call later, we didn’t need to look any further. From the first meeting we felt very at ease and knew we had chosen the right person to deliver our first baby into the world. From our first conversation to a surprise early arrival from our little one, not a single thing stressed Jess, making our experience extremely calm. With so much confidence in her field, no question was too small or silly which put our minds at ease beyond belief. I can’t sing her praises enough. The most important role there is, and we can not be more grateful for her.

I’ve had great support from Dr Powell. It’s clear he’s motivated by genuine care and commitment to the wellbeing of his clients. I initially came to therapy while dealing with significant health challenges, and he’s taken a holistic approach in supporting me through them. He is insightful and clever, with a warm, reassuring manner that makes it easy to open up. His approach is very engaged. He offers active guidance, remembers important details and treats you as an individual. Dr Powell has a rare ability to make you feel both completely at ease and meaningfully challenged at the same time. Most of all, he is authentic - something I think is essential in a therapist. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

My husband and I went to see Dr Sporton as my husband had a heart attack last year, and needed follow up advice. We were recommended to Dr Sporton by someone 'in the know'. We were very pleased to have met him, because he is incredibly knowledgeable, and is also kind and patient. We had lots of questions, and he took his time to answer them all which meant that we left feeling much happier with the situation because we understood the next steps and what was going on. His manner is calm, friendly and professional. He also came across as incredibly honest. My husband said that if he does need further intervention he would be very happy to go back and see Dr Sporton for it.

We had such a positive experience with Dr Monika Bajaj. Dr Monika Bajaj was kind, patient, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire appointment. Dr Bajaj took the time to listen carefully to all of our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made both us and our daughter feel completely at ease. Dr Bajaj warm and caring approach really stood out, and it was obvious how much she genuinely cares about her patients. I had a recent visit to discuss the oral combined contraceptive pill. This is something I wanted to discuss with someone who had a real understanding about the different pills & who specialised in contraception as after having a few side effects previously I wanted to speak to someone who was knowledgeable. Danielle was really good & went through everything with me including history, options & everything to know. If you want clear good advice / support and help given by female Dr's who really know their field then this is the place you need to go!

I recently had an open liver resection carried out by Mr Hughes. He's clearly very skilled in what he does and is very professional, but also has a friendly, calm and approachable nature. He took the time to explain the procedure fully to me and answer any questions, putting me at ease and making me confident in his abilities from the start. He showed a genuine interest in my care and welfare following the operation which ensured a smooth recovery.

I attended Mr Bowes clinic with a severe Herpes eye infection. His manner was calm , friendly and reassuring. The diagnosis and implications were explained clearly as was the treatment. He was able to obtain notes of previous infections from Moorfields which gave context for the way forward and increased my confidence in his approach. The treatment was extremely effective in spite of my delay in seeking advice and for thisI am very grateful.

Physiotherapy

Tile is an excellent physiotherapist. I saw him for a shoulder injury that I sustained during jiujitsu and he provided me me an accurate diagnosis and an effective rehabilitation program. I am now 8 weeks post injury and thanks to his treatment the pain has subsided significantly, I have full mobility back in my shoulder and I am looking forward to returning to training and competing. None of this would be possible without his help!

Mr Wilson was a friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable surgeon who answered all of my questions. He was also accommodating to my situation. His out of hours response to a late night email query was incredibly helpful and unexpected. Surgery went well and staff in the hospital were all very friendly. Follow up care was also good. I would happily recommend him to others having a cholecystectomy.

He was extremely professional, listened carefully to everything I described, and answered all of my questions with patience.
