From my initial appointment with Mr Hoo, I felt all my questions were answered and felt at ease, from the onset I knew I would choose Mr Hoo as my surgeon. I had done a lot of research for my procedure and felt reassured from my initial appointment. Pauline (Mr Hoo’s nurse) was also very informative and patient regarding any questions which I had. My surgery was booked and due to unforeseen circumstances had to rescheduled, Brenda in appointments was very helpful and offered me a cancellation slot which I was very thankful for. On the day of surgery, I was admitted into the admission pod and here all staff were attentive, I met with the anaesthetist and Mr Hoo and thereafter went to theatre. The theatre nurse and anaesthetist were so lovely, talked me through everything and I felt reassured. Thereafter, in the recovery ward, the nurse was excellent when asked about pain, I was immediately given pain meds which eased the pain and brought upstairs to a room which the excellent care continued. Mr Hoo came to see me and answer any further questions, truly 5* service from the onset. The hospital was spotless and attention to detail by all staff was exceptional.

I recently visited London Gynaecology to have a coil fitted with Consultant Pradnya, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Pradnya herself was exceptional. I was so impressed with her expertise and depth of knowledge. She took the time to understand my medical history, my concerns, and the worries I had going into the appointment. That level of care made such a difference. The procedure itself was virtually painless, far better than I expected, and she even carried out a smear test at the same time so seamlessly that I barely noticed. Her calm, reassuring manner and clear explanations throughout made me feel completely safe and supported. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Pradnya — she was absolutely brilliant. And as for London Gynaecology, I genuinely couldn’t speak highly enough about the service they provide. I left feeling well cared for, informed, and extremely grateful for the outstanding level of care I received.

I opted for EDOF toric lenses, which have made a remarkable difference to my vision—providing excellent clarity and reducing my dependence on glasses. Recovery was smooth and well-managed, with minimal discomfort. The team provided clear instructions and regular follow-ups, and within a few days, I noticed a significant improvement in my vision. I really enjoyed working with Mr. Nakade and am extremely grateful for his support and care. As a woman, I’ve often felt anxious about working with a male gynecologist, but Mr. Nakade was exceptionally polite and thoughtful. He put a great deal of effort into creating a calm, respectful, and comfortable environment, and I honestly never felt awkward for even a moment. I trusted him completely and felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. He explains everything very clearly, is extremely careful and attentive, and the quality of care was outstanding. I also heard excellent feedback about the surgery itself and the follow-up afterwards. I especially appreciated that he uses modern tools such as an AI notetaking system, which allows notes to be available instantly and accurately. This made the process feel very transparent and well-organized. Overall, I can only say positive things about Mr. Nakade and would highly recommend him.

I cannot thank mr Rhys Thomas , his secretary and all the staff at Blackheath hospital enough they were all absolutely fantastic,and would recommend anyone who needs hernia treatment to go with mr Thomas and Blackheath hospital. He made me feel at ease and was very precise with his explanation. I had a sensitive issue and again Mr Thomas and his amazing secretary arranged everything with no complications. I have had my follow up and everything is going well and mr Thomas reassured me any issues that might occur he and his team will address it but I’m well on the road to recovery,so not expecting any complications but reassuring to know he is there if needed, so thank you again .

I had my just under 3 year old toddler meet Dr Devereux last week at the end of my tether, as I was not getting the answers from other health care avenues with regards to my daughter's gradual deteriorating health. Dr Devereaux went above and beyond to carry out an extensive assessment and came to the conclusion my daughter needed to go A&E. The professionalism, care and empathy I witnessed was beyond par, and it was thanks to the time and patience of the Dr, we were able to save my daughter from an existing brain tumour (unbeknown to us) from taking over. We are forever grateful to Dr Devereux and highly recommend this Dr to all.

From my first appointment with Dr Jain, things went gery smoothly, he was able to identify my need for surgery quickly and then began to explain the process i would go through clearly and consisely. Dr Jain explained to me in simple enough terms the problem i had, the methods t9 be used to fix it, and then also explained the things i could be doing in preparation pre, during and post op to assist the process. 6 weeks post op, i am very happy with the progress i am making, am clear about what i need to do to ensure full recovery and i have Dr Jain to thank for that. Couldnt reccomend him more.

Nuffield's property at Colinton Road is superb- warm, spotless and spacious, All staff and I mean All Staff, are superb, friendly, smiling and helpful. Dr Agarwal was always friendly and courteous to me and on the day of operation, all went smoothly. I felt NO pain whatsoever and I was kept informed. all the time. what was happening to me. After the operation lasting about 30 to 40 minutes I was taken to a large recovery room for about one hour, before I was allowed home.

Prompt, on time. Comfortable waiting area, convenient parking. Filling out the details on paper seemed a bit inefficient, couldn’t this be done online before the appointment and have paper as a back up? The on site pharmacy did not stock the prescribed medication, which was a little disappointing.
