I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

After our first meeting back in September 2024 I knew I could fully trust Mr.Chin with being thorough with my issues and making sure all areas were covered before taking any actions. On the day of my investigation surgery Mr.Chin went through everything he had planned to do during the surgery and what he intended to do if coming across any issues when investigating. Mr Lobo's professionalism, skill and experience were evident from the outset of my consultation with him regarding cataract removal with a history of uveitis. Mr Lobo's manner was reassuring and above all he made sure I understood the details of the procedure and the selection of a replacement lens. His communication pre and post op was excellent and I particularly appreciated his prompt reply to emails. The operation itself was painless and Mr Lobo and his team made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. Mr Dalgleish was recommended to me by my physiotherapist, who had always found him to be extremely helpful. He has provided me with exemplary care. He listened very intently and sympathetically to all my symptoms, and weighed the problems very thoroughly. He is an expert in the treatment of Crohn’s Disease and is the only specialist that I have seen in the 30+ years that I have had Crohn’s, who has really understood and treated my Crohn’s properly, hence why I continue to have him as my specialist despite no longer living in the area. Mr Rajaratnam performed my left knee replacement surgery 2 weeks ago. This was a follow up consultation having had staples removed from the incision made. I had a really good stay at Castle Craig, learned a lot and feeling positive about the future. The nurses were great, the therapists life-savers, the food was ok - good portions and good flavour but I was a bit bored of it after 5 weeks. The consultant psychiatrist was exceptional, he really listened and took time to consider my case. He was one of the reasons I came here after meeting him in his Edinburgh clinic, and it has been really the best decision I could have made.

The Doctor spent time listening and acknowledged the struggles my son is experiencing! He was sympathetic and helped him enormously. Medication was discussed and explained fully. The experience was very good. However it would be very helpful if X-Ray, MRIs, were confirmed with a text., including date and time of appointment. Also Outpatient reminders do not include the actual time of the appointment and with whom which again would be extremely helpful and may well reduce number of missed appointments.
