Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved in my care, including the doctors Mr Acton, Dr Brian OG McLary and their team who showed exceptional expertise. Not forgetting the physio. Chapter One Dental Clinic

I visited Chapter One with my 4 year old child, we both had an appointment with Ashley. The practice is immaculate, beautifully designed and feels more like a luxury spa than a dental practice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ashley was charming, instantly putting us at ease, involving my daughter with everything she was doing and making it a fun experience. With regards to my appointment, Ashley was very informative, ensuring I had time to ask questions and I left assured I was in highly capable hands. All the equipment was state of the art and I now have ultimate confidence in my dental routine. Easily the most professional and positive dental visit I have had, I would thoroughly recommend Chapter One and will be signing up to one of their care plans for my family.

RTN Mental Health - Private

The most stressful and frustrating part of using RTN services is the lack of communication and poor response times. I have used RTN both via the right to choose path and for a private assessment. You would expect the private service to be quicker and have better communication but this has not been my experience. It is impossible to get hold of anybody. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemail but there is no sense of urgency in responding and waiting times are long. You don't even receive an acknowledgement or holding email to manage expectations. Some very basic and easy changes could be made to make the customer experience so much better.

It would really help to recieve more accurate information on the assessment procedure before attending. Details such as if parent remains with child, if appointment also needs a seperate parent meeting and an indicator of when diagnosis would be made. It didn’t really tie up with pdf sent on welcome email. Would be better to schedule in parent appointment at a similar time as first child assessment appointment, or/ and make it clear this is the procedure. Phoning up Harley mind care prior to attending did not help me to understand & actually conflicted with what happened at appointment.

Dr Ray is warm, patient, knowledgeable and kind. It was our first consultation and she made my son feel so at ease. Dr Ray took the time to listen and clearly explain everything to both my son and I. She has such a calm and considerate approach, and was easily able to communicate to my son in such a kind and comforting way. I couldn't have asked for a better, more engaging, skilled and caring Doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ray and am very grateful to her for making the consultation such a positive experience for my son.

Dr Vindy Ghura

I recently visited Dr. Ghura to have a BCC removed from my nose. The consultation was thorough and informative, providing me with all the available options and addressing every question and concern I had. Although the idea of surgery was daunting, Dr. Ghura and his team immediately put me at ease. The procedure itself felt calm and relaxed, and I was continuously reassured throughout. I’m now six weeks post-surgery and genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result. I can’t recommend Dr. Ghura highly enough

Highly recommend Dr Zainab- I had a lower facial rejuvenation last week and it’s already a huge improvement with lots of compliments from friends and family. Zainabs communication was excellent throughout and particularly pre appointment asking lots of questions about the outcome I wanted, the treatments used and what to expect. This meant when I arrived I was relaxed and excited! She was thoroughly professional, and gentle, and checking in. Delighted with the results already and will definitely return.

I went to see Mr Platt as I needed a full knee replacement. He was extremely professional and at the same time allowed me to raise concerns which may have been slightly outside of the reason I went to see him in the first place. If my concerns were justified he would address them and if not he would explain why they were not. I felt very at ease with him handling my medical issues and would highly recommend him. He is a credit to his profession.

From the consultation to the end results, Mr Mohan was professional and responsive. He has a skill of recognising what needs to be done for my frame and body shape. I no longer have loose skin and have a flat tummy (wearing size 8-10!). The opportunity to have two consultants operating in their expert fields meant I got the best results. I would strongly recommend the Abdominal Wall Clinic.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the overall care and treatment I received at LBH. The surgeon was magnificent and so was the nursing staff.
