I can’t recommend Debra highly enough as a physio. I had physio for my middle child 5 years ago with Debra and again with my now 10 month old baby. Debra is calm, patient, and so knowledgeable, which instantly put both me and my baby at ease. She has a wonderful way of engaging with babies, turning each session into something that feels more like play than therapy, while still being incredibly effective. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how we can support our baby’s progress at home, which has been so reassuring as a parent. We’ve always seen such positive progress under her care, and I’m so grateful to have had her support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debra to any parent looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy paediatric physio.

Daleswood Health is like a breath of fresh air in the midst of health services in the UK. My GP tries to the best they can but frankly they just cannot be flexible and I'd spend visits trying to to fit in their calendar, leaving me waiting for a rushed 10 minute appointment only to then refer me somewhere else. Something had to change. I'm lucky enough that I can spend a little to get a great service and Daleswood Health really deliver exceptional service. My recent visit was for a mole removal. In and out within 50 minutes and the mole had been removed, fantastic service from Dr Oliver Denton and also not forgetting Mary on reception. So glad I've found them. Definitely my go to for health services and fully recommended from me.

From the moment I was admitted to being discharged, the whole experience was exemplary! All of the staff from the receptionists to the doctors, nurses, auxiliary assistants, catering staff, cleaners, porters and obviously the surgeon (Sam Rajaratanam) and anaesthetist (Barry Phillips) were all amazing. The care was absolutely 1st class. Not only was everyone extremely diligent and professional, they were all personable, friendly and charming. Whilst undergoing major surgery, I felt thoroughly looked after and in safe hands from a great team. I really can't thank everyone enough and recommend this fantastic facility more highly. Top Class!!!

He made me feel completely at ease, explained everything in detail in language that I could understand and made the whole process of the investigations, procedures and test result reviews as stress-free as possible. Overall experience with my initial consultation was excellent. Mr Broadbent was professional yet friendly. I felt comfortable and felt I was able to express my concerns. I felt listened to and understood. The next steps etc were clearly explained and compared to other private consultations I have had, the communication portal aspect is great as it ensure you have all the information on reports etc.

Overall the experience was very good. There was some confusion in trying to ensure all my records had been received by the Clinic in advance of the consultation. This required a number of back and forth emails between myself, my Cardiologist in Wales and Papdakis's secretary. Cardiologist insisted everything had been sent, Secretary said it had not all been received. But we got there in the end.

Highly recommend. Online booking process for a GP appointment was easy and so speedy. Lots of parking and no wait times to be seen. My appointment with the GP was so refreshing, he took time with me, was interested and gave me a proper check up. I was prescribed some medication and it was dispensed there and then in the practice. After a few painful days of back pain and not having a GP local to me, I was recommended Dr Matthew by a friend. I was able to get in the same day. The appointment was absolutely no rush, very thorough and Dr Matthew was very knowledgeable and explored all of my concerns - with a plan set in place for next steps. Would highly recommend to anybody in the same situation.

From arrival to leaving, staff were very friendly and helpful. I was treated respectfully and with care. I visited the facility twice this week and on the first occasion - late afternoon, there was no option for purchasing refreshments. On my second visit, which was earlier in the day, the facility to purchase drinks and snacks was open, and was very good.

A sedative and Mr Dubois manner made it so easy that I refused the sedative when I returned for my second operation. I felt very confident that I wouldn’t have a panic attack and I didn’t. Staff are friendly, its a good dentist but I'm kept waiting every time. This time for 20 minutes. While I understand emergencies happen, some warning would be helpful. Maybe time needs to be allowed for this when booking appointments as my time is as valuable as the service I'm paying for.
