This is our second time of using Dr Chelvi for assessment purposes for both our children. And she has been incredibly helpful and insightful throughout both assessment processes, showing empathy and great knowledge throughout. Despite noting that reports as standard take 4 weeks to write we were pleasantly surprised to have the report for our son within 1 week. The team of specialists at doctor Chelvi uses. In addition to support diagnosis have also been incredible and we have had no problems with discussions between different professionals as part of the process. We have not felt dismissed at any stage of the process and have had the opportunity to talk openly and feel that we can either revisit information or bring new information to light , and it's never a problem. We would have no hesitation and recommending Dr Chelvi, or any of her team.

I had bunions on both feet, which were painful and preventing me from wearing shoes. Both Bunions were severe. My feet actually looked deformed. I wasn't sure if there was anything that could be done to rectify them. On recommendation from a family member I arranged a meeting with Mr. Amin at Shawfair. from my initial meeting he put me at ease. explaining the whole procedure to me in depth. I instantly felt this gave me the confidence to go through with the operation. The operations was a success I could not believe the difference in my foot. I then went on six month later to have the same procedure on my second foot, again a success. From the initial meeting to the operation right down to the aftercare the treatment was excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

From the moment of booking right through until I saw a consultant everything was beyond faultless. Everyone was kind, polite and helpful. The first appointment was with nurses. No words can express how superbly I was treated. They called in G.P. - what a lovely kind man he was. So helpful and reassuring. He referred me to a consultant who fitted me in after his regular clinic. He has treated me and I will continue seeing him. Again, another lovely kind man. The whole experience was 100% and I cannot think there is a single thing which could be improved or modified. Sadly, i omitted to take the name of the G.P. which i am ashamed of because he was perfect.

I wanted to get both cataracts removed at the same time so decided to go private instead of using the NHS, I looked in to what choices I had and chose Optegra Colchester for many reasons, from the first contact I always got a first class service. I could have had my procedure around 2 weeks of my initial consultation but but because of a upcoming airplane trip we decided on a date after that. On the day the staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable about the operation, even with the surgeon being delayed it never turned in to a stressful occasion. The medical team before during and after the treatment were amazing and I'd like to say a big thank you to them all.

Skylight Psychiatry made the process as clear and easy to follow as possible and kept me updated at every step. Both of my clinicians, Jerome Ndolesha and Stephen Slatter, were kind and welcoming, and Jerome in particular showed great compassion when I was stuck on a train and late for my appointment. He really helped to calm me down in what was an incredibly stressful moment, and I am incredibly grateful for that. Stephen was very friendly and easy to talk to which made the assessment feel much less daunting and stressful. I would recommend Skylight Psychiatry to anybody wanting to go through the assessment process for ASD or ADHD.

We had a good experience at the Portland hospital. One standout midwife was Jodie who took on my case with such care and diligence, I felt very well looked after in her care. There were one or two midwives that didn’t feel as attentive or switched on as some of the others which was disappointing. We felt the discharge process was also slightly rushed and chaotic with a few important things slipping through the cracks before we left. On the whole the rooms were comfortable and the care was definitely above average.

Claire was very professional and very understanding and wanted to give both myself and my daughter the best possible outcome. She was very caring and sympathetic to our problems. My GP's were not helpful at all and my x-rays were apparently normal but Claire could see there were some issues and gave me reassurance that something could be done. My daughter was also very happy with the level care and plan provided for her treatment. I would highly recommend Claire Freeman.

Dr. Abraham is an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional . He was thorough and attentive, taking the time to carefully listen to my daughter's symptoms and concerns. Impressively, he independently identified hypermobility in her arm joints — something we hadn't even mentioned. He goes above and beyond for his patients and is clearly committed to reaching an accurate diagnosis. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Abraham to anyone seeking quality care.

Overall, I had a very good experience at Spire Murrayfield Hospital Edinburgh. Everything was handled professionally and to a high standard, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit. Mr Islam and his team were excellent at the theatre, they were very informative and made me comfortable. I never felt anything, anaesthetist was very good, totally made me relax, as I was apprehensive.
