I went in for total hip replacement on 2nd December with Mr Cusick. Form beginning to end I was made to feel very welcome by all of the staff. The main day nurse dealing with me was Caroline Leddy who was exceptional both before the op and then during the after care. Mark was the main night time nurse and again he couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The physio, Heather, also deserves a mention for her lovely manner and clear instructions and advice. The procedure went very smoothly and I was surprised at how relatively little pain there was post op. Both consultants, Mr Cusick and Dr McCaffrey saw me before the surgery and again the next day. Both were friendly and reassuring and helped to keep the mood stress free. The catering was also fantastic. I was discharged the following day and, sitting at home barely 24 hr later, it was hard to believe what had just happened! Thank you All!

I cannot recommend Mr John Pereira highly enough. From the initial consultation through to post-operative care, I felt completely listened to, reassured, and in expert hands. Always an absolute pleasure coming to Vermilion, the staff are just on another level. I honestly think you wouldn’t get that kind of treatment anywhere else in the country. Customer service is first class. Everyone, from the admin teams and front of house, to the Drs and Hygienists. Had my third Hygienist appointment with Debbie last week, she is absolutely amazing, always feel better after seeing her (mentally and with a sparkling mouth 😂). Also, Dr Martin Morley is also such a great guy, so easy to talk to and great at what he does. Best dental team, hands down.

It was an emergency appointment to deal with an infected tooth. All the staff were friendly and sympathetic and the dentist dealt with my problem, promptly and efficiently. The state of my tooth was examined and X-rayed and I was given the best options for treating it. I agreed my tooth should be extracted and I was given clear instructions on the post procedure care. The next day the receptionist rang me to ask if I was OK and to remind me I could contact the practice if I had any queries or after effects.

Vast majority of the people were super friendly and made my hospital stay very comfortable. Hospital was clean and everyone was extremely professional. I did get the feeling though that you get rushed a bit when it gets to recovery and need to get going post-surgery which is not ideal as sometimes you are just not feeling fit enough or ready to go home straight away, especially after general anaesthesia. Overall extremely positive experience.

Over the last 15 or so years, having had a number of treatments and surgeries in various medical specialities, I would not go anywhere other than the London Independent Hospital. They always have world class doctors in all specialities at the hospital, the staff are amazing, the nurses experienced and empathetic. No surgery, skin looks healthy and certain skin conditions can get worse after meeting she didn’t take specimen for biopsy. Because the wound is healing naturally and looks healthy.
