I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Dr James Noake at Pure Sports Medicine for his ongoing efforts in diagnosing a long-standing misdiagnosed knee injury following several unsuccessful procedures. Dr Noake identified relevant pathology on imaging that, unfortunately, had been missed by several other private consultants elsewhere. He then carefully administered a diagnostic injection, taking considerable time to ensure pinpoint precision through a cyst and a very small joint space. Dr Noake is clearly a very busy and sought-after clinician, yet he ensured I received an extensive first face-to-face consultation, with ample time in clinic to explore the problem thoroughly using ultrasound. He also went above and beyond by reviewing both previous and updated MRI scans, speaking to me at short notice via Zoom call during the festive period in order to review images and discuss options. I found this attention to detail and direct liaison to be exceptional as more than once I have had to wait 6-weeks between appointments at other private clinics or hospitals. Dr Noake is clearly dedicated to his craft and approaches his work with diligence, precision, and honesty. From the first point of contact, he inspired confidence through his willingness to answer questions, think critically beyond the obvious, and work collaboratively to reach informed decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Noake to anyone seeking help with complex, long-standing, or less common knee or nerve-related injuries.

We decided to visit them after reading their positive reviews and wanted to give it a try. After reviewing my test results, they recommended a three-month course of treatment. The instructions and cooking process were clear and easy to follow. After completing the three months of treatment, I went for another test and was delighted to learn that my FSH levels had gone down, which felt unbelievable and made us extremely happy. That said, I would have liked to learn more about my TCM diagnosis and what it meant, as this was not really explained to me. This was a bit disappointing, as I was genuinely interested—especially considering the cost of the consultations. Communication and transparency could have been better in this regard. However, Professor Au did call us to reassure us whenever he felt it was needed, which we appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with fertility and looking for support.

My first visit was a very positive experience. The clinic was well presented, and I felt comfortable sitting in the waiting area prior to being called in. All staff members were polite, kind, and respectful during every interaction. When I entered the consultation room, I initially felt nervous; however, this quickly melted away as I was put at ease through warm and engaging conversation. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and when I booked in I was able to go straight through to the treatment room. The consultant and 2 nurses were so good with me. They could all see how nervous and anxious I was but made to feel at ease (even held my hand). The procedure was over very quickly without any discomfort. The part that took the longest was booking my next appointment as the computer system had gone down through no fault of anyone at the desk. After that I got myself a cup of coffee and sat and relaxed until it was time to get my bus. Altogether a much less harrowing appointment than I thought it would be!

As the treatment progressed, the friendliness continued with the further use of very impressive analytical machinery each with a specific purpose. The actual treatment followed a few days later and was completely painless. A week later, I was given a 100% success rating and an appointment for my second eye. This was a similar experience.

Dr Georgiou was extremely kind and generous with his time, despite this being a second-opinion consultation. My uncle was diagnosed with advanced, stage IV malignancy, and Dr Georgiou approached the case with seriousness and care, without being dismissive or overlooking treatment options. He supported the appropriate treatment plan, and after four cycles my uncle is doing remarkably well. His clear explanations and compassionate attitude gave our family reassurance and confidence at a very difficult time.

I noticed the cleanliness of the office and waiting rooms. A very polite gentleman dealt with our car parking charge and wished us well - this was noted too. We were also kept informed of why the appointment was slightly late - this too was most appreciated since others in the waiting room were going ahead of us despite having later appointments. Simple things do make all the difference. Appointment itself was efficient as was the subsequent X-ray test downstairs. All in all - very pleased.
