I have been seeing Josh at Reflex 18 for the past two months as part of my recovery plan following a Total Knee Replacement in October 2025. During my initial consultation, Josh carefully established my prior level of fitness and worked with me to identify ambitious yet realistic rehabilitation goals. He designed a bespoke programme of graduating exercises which are further adapted during each subsequent appointment. I find it helpful that Josh demonstrates each exercise, fine tunes my ‘effort’ and also emails a visual guide, as a reminder, after each appointment. I believe that I have made far greater progress in terms of knee flexion, stamina and strength by visiting Reflex 18 than I ever would have done if I had attempted to pursue my own rehab using a book or online package. Josh has the ability to identify which muscles need to be worked upon in order to achieve a certain goal and this is something which I could have not done myself. The Reflex 18 rooms are immaculately clean and are well-equipped. I have found every staff member to be friendly and highly professional. There is never any pressure to book further appointments. Parking is plentiful and convenient.. I am very happy with the support which I have received from Reflex 18.

After extensive research, my husband and I agreed that Vincenzo Maurino was the best person to perform our lens replacement surgery. We felt comfortable right from the initial consultation and knew we had made the right decision. Andrew was very warm and welcoming and explained everything to us clearly about appointments and payments. Mr Maurino took time to advise us on the best treatment and lenses to suit our individual needs. We were tested thoroughly by Mr Maurino’s excellent team. At no time did we feel under pressure to commit; however, we were so impressed with everything that we were anxious to book our procedures straight away. I met Mr Wong (Billy) around August 2024 for recurrent sinusitis and loss of taste / smell. Billy has always been so attentive, responsive, considerate and kind. Billy explains everything clearly so I completely understood what was happening. Billy is thorough in his care: obtaining images to better understand what is going on before making an ongoing plan. I recently had sinus surgery (FESS) with Billy as my condition had not improved despite good medical management. Billy is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, he is also a fantastic and caring individual (with a good sense of humour too!). Billy met with me before surgery and reassured me, he was also in the pre op room, then in the theatre with me, then recovery and also post op to debrief and check up on how I was feeling. This kind of healthcare is so vital to people's wellbeing; this stuff matters, it's a shame that it's so rare, but with Billy; it's there as standard and flawless! I cannot recommend him enough. If you want the absolute gold standard of care: book with Mr Wong.

I did not have a great experience at my consultation with Dr Ramia Mokbel. The consultation was very rushed- 10 minutes, then I was passed on to talk with a nurse ( speak to the nurse for a £300 consultation!!!!) , as Dr Mokbrl was rushing between patients in various rooms. Dr Mokbel was not keen on history taking, I felt she was dismissive of whatever I was saying and she did not even have a close look at my skin ; but just from across her desk. Dr Mokbel only recommended a treatment costing over £2000, which I was later warned that it is CONTRAINDICATED for me as I have Aspitin ( salicylates) allergy!! I was never sent any cliic lettr or written plan after my consultation. Definetly would not recommend Dr Mokbel to others.

Attentive and thorough care received. Pitt that Benenden policy prevents sharing of imaging results so that another professional caring for patient can compare notes. Resulted in 1 month delay with MEI brain which required further investigation by CT when ENT specialist went on leave for a month and sane with CT abdo as follow up appointment planned alnost a month after test and had to be under care of another specialist abroad. The Secretary catehorically refused to send report citing Policy. Not the Doctor's fault but when Drs cantl't follow up for a month, reports should be shared.

I had an online meeting with Gayle which was really helpful, much more relaxed than expected whilst including an in-depth exploration of my test results, health issues, and their timeline and effects on my life. Gayle is polite, respectful, understanding, and easy to talk to, as well as thorough and interested to understand and create a full picture. She’s very knowledgeable in a range of areas and made various links between results and possible causes. I look forward to continuing my health improvement with her support.

I had a very informative, relaxing & dare I say enjoyable visit with Dr Conor Bradley today. He put me at ease immediately with his welcoming personality. He explained all my options & what I could expect from the various treatments. I left feeling relieved from my visit & hopefully will not need to return, but if necessary would be quite happy to. May I also say the young lady on reception was very pleasant, even offering us tea or coffee. I would highly recommend this very professional clinic

The actual visit with dentist (Simon Robertson) was at is normal excellent standard by explaining what dental work was required to resolve the situation of which he completed explaining each task as he progressed with no drama or problems. The total experience was highly professional and would recommend this practice to anyone

He is professional, remembers everything about a patient and other related problems and takes time to explain everything including the potential problems.
