Christopher Payne From my very first appointment with Chris, I found him to be very approachable. He took time to listen to me and used humour where appropriate, which put me at ease immediately. Chris explained in detail what the operation would entail. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He suggested that in order for the procedure to continue to be successful well after the operation that a reduction in weight would be essential. He offered advice on this which was very helpful. To give me time to lose weight we agreed on a future date for the operation. The hospital was very clean and everyone I came into contact with were pleasant, helpful, friendly and supportive and again I was put at ease. The operation was successful and the whole experience in the hospital was excellent. At the follow up appointment Chris was very thorough in examining the procedure and spent time discussing this. He explained that heavy lifting from now would not be advisable. This was all done in a conversational way. I am very impressed with the way Chris dealt with me as a patient and would highly recommend Mr Payne and Kings Park Hospital. Jim H

The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. I explained my concern and was given an urgent appointment. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Mr Floyd. My old breast implants had ruptured some time ago and needed replacing, but I was very apprehensive about having the surgery because of my age (senior!). In the event, everything went really well. Mr Floyd explained the options clearly, and was reassuring about my concerns. The surgery went smoothly and six weeks later, I feel back to normal. I’m very happy with the outcome - my breasts now look and feel much more natural and comfortable, as well as more age appropriate.

Not quite sure where to begin but the service from Mr Kasem and his team around him have been Outstanding,. He is so well respected that they all go above and beyond, from the very first appointment to diagnosis I had all the results in a week. Imaging came in at 7am as he requested the urgency. I had a biopsy and being on top of Christmas he called me each day to say still waiting for news. Late Christmas Eve, he called to say all was clear. I am very lucky but I would 110% recommend Mr Kasem. Thank you.

I was quoted a five month wait with NHS at the Countess of Chester for a standard Ecardiogram.At Venturi Cardiology I was seen in two days. In terms of Cost Venturi were again a top performer. Whilst I cannot rate the quality of the report sent to my GP and a Cardiologist and myself completely baffled me (as you would expect)the overall service was top notch, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. My visit with Mrs Bulchandani was thorough and professional, and I felt well supported. Mrs Bulchandani was able to provide initial reassurance following a hands-on examination. An ultrasound carried out on the same day put my mind further at rest, and bloods taken during the appointment confirmed where I was on my menopausal journey. I can’t rate Mrs Bulchandani enough, and if I need to seek another appointment with a gynaecologist I wouldn't hesitate to see Mrs Bulchandani again. Thank you!

Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

My knee has recovered very well and it has not been a bad experience at all. I was terrified before the operation but I was reassured by the anaesthetist that I would be fine. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic. I had really enjoyed staying there for the recovery after giving birth. The views of Big Ben both times were an amazing bonus for the night feeds of my newborn.
