I went to KT with an undiagnosable form of full-body inflammation/tendonopathy in almost all key joints of all 4 limbs. KT was incredibly empathetic about how the resulting inability to get my morning endorphins in through my workout classes had impacted my routine/mental health and therefore crafted a rehab plan that was bespoke to me, allowing me to start engaging with the gym again from Day 1, while setting clear, quantifiable boundaries for what I can and cannot do. This was all supplemented by very fun, engaging explanations behind the biology of tendons, why I'm going through what I am, and the science/logic behind my rehab plan. 10/10 recommend KT if you ever land yourself in a pickle with muscular health! She didn't try to apply any standard playbooks to me and really took the time and patience to understand my problem and how best to get me back to regular performance.

KT has been amazing ! I was in a really bad place and struggling with an injury I felt would never go away. I'd had numerous scans, seen 6 other physios and even had cortisone Injections but seen zero progress. Her attention to detail and patience helped me gradually get back to normal. KT has not only helped me get rid of this issue, she's given me a new appreciation for load management, pain management and understanding how the body can work and react to certain things. She has helped me every step of the way and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a physio. The world could do with more people like KT.

I would recommend KT very highly. For me (and my serious back injury) KT was the perfect mix of expertise, care, discipline and motivation. At each stage of my recovery, and also during a few set-backs, KT kept me focused and motivated with a customised plan and a determination to help me get better. Today - I am back 100% and feel as fit as a butchers dog. I know I would have struggled without her.

I saw KT for a number of reasons over the course of 6 months — following a knee operation, a hip flexor tear and for regular sports massages. KT is a brilliant physio, and always takes time to explain and gives brilliant advice. 5* service!

I have a lower back disc out of place and it is effecting my sciatic nerve. KT was absolutely brilliant in helping me from waking up almost paralysed from pain, to being able to restart weight training in the gym. I have been to many physios before but KT is by far the most skilled, knowledgable and impactful physio I have ever had. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to see actual progress on their situation. KT also explains all sessions in great detail and has specially tailored exercises for your condition. I have had many other physios before and they have never done anything similar.
