Tom Jordan is an accomplished Osteopath with a wealth of experience and a dedication to patient-centred care. With a Master's degree in Osteopathy, Tom has spent over a decade providing treatment to individuals across various age groups and backgrounds, including competitive athletes from diverse sports.
His specialisation lies in addressing a range of musculoskeletal issues, with particular expertise in managing back pain, neck pain, sacroiliac joint pain, headaches, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. Tom uses a broad array of manual therapy techniques, ranging from spinal and peripheral joint manipulation to joint mobilisation and massage therapy.
During consultations, Tom collaborates closely with his patients to develop comprehensive management plans tailored to their specific needs and preferences. These plans encompass not only manual therapies but also exercise regimens and practical self-management advice.
Tom's patients consistently commend him for his empathetic approach, attentive listening, clear communication, and ability to empower them to take control of their health through actionable plans.
Beyond his clinical practice, Tom has a keen interest in sports, particularly cricket and martial arts. He currently serves as an Osteopath at Pure Sports Medicine in Bank and Chancery Lane.
Prior to his current role, Tom gained valuable experience working in osteopathic practices in Edinburgh. Additionally, as part of his Master's degree program, he conducted research within the NHS, focusing on the dynamics of multidisciplinary musculoskeletal teams involving osteopaths and other healthcare professionals.

I can’t recommend Tom highly enough. I started seeing him for back pain, and from the very first appointment I felt listened to and taken seriously. He has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring throughout my treatment. He always took the time to understand what was going on, explain things clearly, and recommend exercises that genuinely helped. His follow-up was excellent, and I always felt supported and confident that I was in good hands. On top of that, Tom is a genuinely lovely person - warm, approachable, and interesting to talk to. Every appointment was a positive experience. I only wish every healthcare professional was as dedicated, thoughtful, and caring as he is. Thank you, Tom, for all your help and support.

Thank you for such a lovely review! I'm very glad it was helpful, and I enjoyed talking to you, too!
Tom has been superb in helping to resolve my reoccurring back pain. He is very understanding and methodical and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Thank you for such a nice review! I'm very glad I could help.
I went after getting ankle-ligament ruptured and got treated by Tom as an ostheopath. I had seen some specialists for 2 months before and nothing happened. I went to see Tom and he has been very patient, as he walked me through the healing process gradually. He helped me gaining confidence throughout adapted exercices for my injury. He has been very professional. He also did some manual manipulation that were very helpful, especially as my Achille tendons were very tensed. Thank you again ! I can go back to basketball just 3 months after a ligament-rupture - a miracle !

Thank you for such a nice review! I'm very glad you're back to training and feeling confident.
Tom Jordan was outstanding. I initially came in with lower‑back pain, and he not only treated me but also referred me to additional specialists and personally oversaw my entire treatment plan. He consistently went above and beyond, and the results were incredible. Aisling is equally exceptional — truly a genius in her field. More practitioners should be learning from her.

That's such a lovely review! Thank you, I'm very glad it was so helpful for you.
Tom was always very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. We got on very well and laughed a lot in our appointments.

Thanks for the nice review! I'm glad you felt comfortable. To be honest, I think you can take credit for the laughing!
Tom Jordan has been instrumental and professional in addressing my severe neck and TMJ issues. His tailored approach and good listening skills helped me with my pain relief. I also learnt a lot about joints and useful exercises.

Thank you for your kind review! I'm glad I could help.
I saw Tom Jordan for TMJ pain, he took the time to evaluate the problem and then put in place a system of muscle work and exercises to do at home. I saw Tom over 4 visits in February / March 2026, and I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, capable and friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! I'm very grateful, and glad I could do my bit.
Tom has been amazing for my injury and played such a pivotal part in my recovery! He is clearly very good at what he does and on top of that is a lovely person!

Aww, shucks... Thank you for the lovely review! I'm glad I could do my bit.
Tom was extremely helpful and worked very effectively with my other treatment providers at the clinic to help support my recovery from a recent operation. Very pleased with the outcome.

Thanks for the nice review! I do enjoy the teamwork.
I initially came in with tennis elbow problem but the pain had spread to my back, shoulder, and down my right arm, which was also caused by my computer and mouse setup at work. The sessions included hands on treatment as well as exercises to do at home, and Tom was always clear and easy to communicate with. He managed to fix it in a few sessions and I am now pain free! Very polite and friendly — I highly recommend Tom.

Thank you for the nice review! I'm very glad I could help.
