Hiba looked after me with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. She tailored my rehabilitation to my specific needs and goals, and I couldn’t have asked for better support throughout my recovery. I would highly recommend Hiba and the team at Pure Sport.
Hiba was great! She took a thorough and methodical, but also holistic approach to my treatment, and provided really helpful explanations along the way
10/10 rating. Hiba worked with me from day 1 to help aid my recovery. Every session was helpful and supportive and designed to bring about recovery from my injury. I felt safe and heard, which was extremely important in my overall healing. I am so glad I saw Hiba and would thoroughly recommend her services. I often hear people struggle after physio and now I know life doesn’t have to be that way if you see the right physiotherapist.
Hiba was an amazing physiotherapist to work with, she explained everything clearly and made sure I was kept up to speed with everything she was doing. She was patient and dedicated, pushing me where needed but making sure I was supported throughout. I have come a long way with my recovery, thanks to Hiba tailoring my rehab to my needs and taking the time to figure out what works best for me. Could not recommend Hiba enough
Really pleased with the recovery work, advice and support provided throughout. Despite her busy schedule, Hiba made herself available (including answering emails while on annual leave!). Thanks very much!
Hiba was so attentive, lovely and personable during the duration of my treatment. Her expertise has helped me make a strong recovery and I am now confident in using my arm just as I did before my injury
Hiba is an excellent physiotherapist. She’s been incredibly patient in helping me recover from both shoulder and hip injuries, always working at the right pace for my body. Thanks to her support, my shoulder is now almost fully recovered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hiba to friends and family.
I came to Hiba last June with bruising in both knees and a meniscus tear in my right knee, confirmed through MRI and X-ray. I couldn’t work out or play any sport. Rather than surgery, I chose physiotherapy and choosing Hiba was one of the best decisions I made. From the first session she was thorough and clear, explaining exactly what was happening in my knee, assessing my form and strength, and identifying that weak surrounding muscles were placing excessive pressure on the joint. She devised a progressive programme and also helped me make practical changes to my daily life around walking, standing, sitting, and rest. Over nine months we moved gradually from basic strengthening to balance work to dynamic snap movements. I went from 5kg single leg extensions to 20kg with zero pain. We met every two weeks to track progress throughout. I recently played my first volleyball game since the injury and it felt incredible. I now understand my body better, know what to watch out for, and have built lasting habits. Hiba is exceptional at what she does. I cannot recommend her enough.
Having sustained a broken shoulder due to a ski crash, Hiba has looked after me for the best part of 1.5 years in helping me with rehab. You are greeted by a bubbly, energetic personality but most importantly, Hiba presents as a very professional and well experienced physiotherapist. Due to very severe pain, my progress was slow and Hiba showed great patience with me each week as tiny incremental progress was made - we had a strict programme that i had to follow but eventually we realised I needed surgery. Upon which we were back to square 1 - this time with much greater outcomes and my shoulder now has 100% movement and strength. I could not recommend Hiba more highly!
In the last couple of years, I have been lucky to have Hiba Ansari taking care of an ankle injury, as well as a recent shoulder ailment. Her diagnosis, plans and follow up are all top quality. I can only highly recommend. Dan
