Hiba Ansari is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a wide range of specialist interests, including shoulder, chronic pain, knees, ankle, tendon & ligament injuries, injury prevention, hips, post-surgery rehabilitation, spine health, sports rehabilitation, and the relationship between mental and physical health.

Throughout her career, Hiba has gained valuable experience working with prestigious sports organisations such as Tottenham Hotspurs, West Ham United and Nottingham Forest Football Club. She also works with London Pulse in the Netball Superleague. She has also provided pitch-side trauma management for a variety of sports, including badminton, squash, tennis, swimming, cricket, rugby, American football, fencing, and table tennis.

In addition to her sports-related work, Hiba has served as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist at private sports injury clinics in both London and Mumbai. She holds a Master of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine and has conducted clinical research on the Prevalence of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED‑S) in Dancers.

Hiba is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and skills, holding certifications in various areas such as APPI Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Pain Science from the Neuro Orthopedic Institute in Australia, FA Level 4 Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football, and Concussion and Head Injury Management in Football and Rugby. She is also certified in dry needling and taping techniques.

As an active member of professional associations like the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sport and Exercise Medicine and the Football Medicine and Performance Association, Hiba stays up to date with the latest developments in her field. 

She also shares her expertise as a visiting lecturer at the University of Nottingham's MSc Sport and Exercise Medicine Program, and often speaks at conferences organised by Imperial and King's College.
