Erin Lahay is a dedicated physiotherapist with a focus on musculoskeletal health and sports-related injuries. With a diverse range of specialist interests, Erin brings expertise in treating lower limb injuries, including knees, shoulders, hips, foot, and ankle conditions, as well as addressing upper and lower back pain, neck issues, and providing care during pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Drawing from her passion for sports, Erin is actively involved in various activities, including football, running, cycling, tennis, swimming, Pilates, yoga, snow sports, and triathlons. Her deep understanding of these sports enables her to provide tailored rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies to athletes of all levels.

Erin's professional journey includes working with the UBC Rugby Club in Vancouver, Canada, where she gained valuable experience in sports physiotherapy. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise as an anatomy tutor and strength and conditioning trainer at the University of Victoria, further enriching her skills in musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation.
