Before joining the world of Osteopathy, Danny spent seventeen years working in financial sales. After deciding it was no longer the right role for him, he undertook a career change. 

This transition involved both part-time and full-time study over a period of six years and he qualified as an osteopath in 2016. 

After a year working with patients, he was fascinated by the personal and emotional effects of pain on the individual and went on to study health psychology. 

Danny has also completed his Professional Doctorate in health psychology at the University of West of England. 

His research has been focussed on how people live well with pain and the role of osteopathy in their experience. The individuals in this study taught him a great deal on how their personal positive behaviours influenced their own pain experience.
