Chronic Pain Physiotherapist and Longevity Expert
Your Path to Pain-Free Living and Lasting Vitality Starts Here
If you’ve been battling chronic pain for years, seen countless therapists, and still can’t find relief, you’ve come to the right place. With over two decades of experience, I specialise in helping those who feel like they’ve run out of options. As a chronic pain physiotherapist and longevity expert, I combine cutting-edge science with a deeply compassionate, holistic approach to help you not only feel better but thrive. My work has transformed the lives of thousands, restoring their movement, vitality, and hope.
A Journey of Expertise and Empathy
Graduating from the University of South Australia in 1998, I began my career in elite sports, working with track and field athletes and Australian Rules Football players. These formative years taught me the power of precision, discipline, and innovation in rehabilitation. The next chapter of my journey took me to Europe, where I served the British Armed Forces, including the Army and Air Force in Germany. This experience shaped my understanding of resilience under extreme physical and mental pressures.
After transitioning to corporate healthcare, I spent two decades working with industry leaders such as Google, Morgan Stanley, Schroders Asset Management, and Microsoft. Witnessing the toll of chronic stress and sedentary lifestyles on high-performing professionals, I developed a unique model of care focused on chronic and stress-related pain. My approach integrates the principles of longevity to create lasting change, leveraging the five pillars of health: movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and relationships.
A Proven Track Record of Success
With over 50,000 treatment sessions delivered to more than 15,000 patients, I have built a reputation as the go-to practitioner for complex, unresolved cases. I specialise in treating individuals who have seen numerous physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, and massage therapists—often without success. My mission is clear: to succeed where others have not, restoring hope and health to those who have endured pain for far too long.
Educator, Speaker, and Advocate for Better Health
In addition to clinical practice, I am a passionate educator. I teach internationally at the prestigious Osteopathie Schule Deutschland and the European School of Osteopathy, focusing on strain and counterstrain techniques. I also deliver corporate wellness seminars, Surviving to Thriving, designed to empower professionals with the tools they need to manage stress, optimise performance, and enhance well-being.
Through my mentorship programs, I guide therapists in becoming not only skilled clinicians but the best versions of themselves. By combining technical mastery with self-awareness and compassion, I help practitioners elevate their practice and make a greater impact.
Holistic and Compassionate Care
My philosophy is simple: healing is about more than just fixing the body. True wellness arises from addressing every aspect of life. That’s why my treatments are grounded in a holistic framework, integrating movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and relationships. I work not just to alleviate pain but to empower my patients to take control of their health and live longer, fuller lives.
Beyond the Clinic
I am a proud father of three beautiful daughters and a partner to a wonderful nutritionist. Together, we embody the principles of health and vitality in our daily lives. Outside of work, I find joy in running, cycling, weightlifting, gardening, and sculpting with clay. These passions keep me grounded and connected to the creative and restorative aspects of life.

If you’re tired of living with pain and ready to reclaim your health, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to not only alleviate your symptoms but create a path to lasting vitality and wellness.

I've known Simon for over eighteen years, I have always been able to rely on his warm and professional approach. His deep knowledge across physiotherapy, wellbeing, and coaching means over the years I was able to get help and support on several health and lifestyle issues. One example was for a persistent neck and upper back issue, where I was able to get intervention for immediate relief from the pain and discomfort in the first sessions, and then in subsequent sessions focus on the underlying work, stress, and lifestyle issues as well as the correct exercises to build support for my neck and upper back. He has also treated two of my children including recovery from ice-skating shoulder injury and a dealing with the underlying cause of a knee & leg pain issue, his energy and ability to communicate made the consultations easy for them. I am very happy recommend Simon!

Simon helped me resolve pains in both my knee and my neck/upper back. The neck pain in particular had been resistant to several previous attempts to resolve. Simon's approach was far more holistic than I had received from previous specialists. In particular we spent a significant amount discussing the stress and anxiety that was the root cause. A year after treatment, I remain pain free, which I directly credit to Simon's approach.

Simon has treated me for several injuries over the years and has been fantastic throughout. He is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and takes a very holistic approach to his work which has helped me a lot to recover quickly. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone looking for a physio.

Simon helped me with hip pain and chronic shoulder pain, taking a holistic approach. He helped me find the causes of the pain, related to posture and lack of mobility, and taught me how to gradually exercise the areas until they were completely better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon as an excellent Physio!

As an elite athlete, dealing with any form of pain can be incredibly frustrating—but neck pain in particular had been affecting both my performance and daily life. I had seen multiple specialists with little improvement, until I found Simon. From the very first session, Simon was nothing short of exceptional. He took the time to understand not just the symptoms, but the demands of my sport, tailoring a treatment plan that was both comprehensive and effective. His knowledge, skill, and attention to detail are on another level. It was clear I was in the hands of someone who not only knows the science, but also deeply understands athletic performance and recovery. Within a short time, I noticed real improvements—not just pain relief, but increased mobility, strength, and confidence in my body again. Simon didn’t just treat the pain; he helped me get back to training and competing at the highest level. I can’t recommend Simon highly enough. His care, expertise, and commitment are world-class. If you’re serious about your recovery or performance, Simon is the person you want in your corner.

I don’t want to say ‘miracle worker’ but I limped into my first appointment and was almost pain free when I left. Great, holistic advice and treatment from Simon to get me back running- thank you!

I visited Simon in the past for my long-standing knee injury which he diagnosed correctly after it was previously misdiagnosed. He helpfully provided immediate aid as well as advice on how to deal with it in the future which I'm more than happy to say left me pain-free for more than 2 years now.

Simon is always very helpful, not just helping with the pain, but helping with addressing the source of the pain, and providing the kind of help that would reduce the physical pain in real ways.

I came in for ongoing tendon pain which hadn't been getting better for a few months. Simon was super friendly and thorough in answering all my questions, the strengthening exercises he gave were easy to incorporate within my daily routine, and my pain got a lot better after a couple of weeks. He even figured out I had knee-related pain from about 10 years ago, and was able to give advice related to that.

I have seen Simon on multiple occasions over a few years. The first time I met him I was dealing with pain and limited movement in my ankle for 4 years and have seen 3 different specialists in 3 countries along with MRIs and the rest, without any success. I had my first session with Simon, he gave me very easy to follow recommended exercises and over a few weeks I have felt a significant improvement with fully going back to my usual like without about 2 months. Since then I did not see any other physio specialists if I could help it. I would highly recommend Simon to absolutely anyone: he will listen to you very attentively, understand your lifestyle, what you need and what is realistic for you and give you the most efficient recommendations that you can truly fit into your daily life. All that while being extremely pleasant and easy to talk to.

PhysiotherapySimon is one of the best physiotherapists that I've ever worked with. The breadth of his knowledge both as a physio, as well as a health expert, are unparalleled. Simon has been an incredibly inspiring mentor to me over the years. He has a knack of getting right to the root cause of a problem, and often solves pain problems that have persisted for many years. If you are looking for a second (or third...) opinion because your pain persists, I can think of no one better to see than Simon.
