Explanation (5/5)
KT has been treating my shoulder and lower back pain issues at Third Space Sports Medicine the past couple years. It all started from a case of bad Frozen Shoulder which manifested over a few long months at the beginning of the pandemic. KT has been very empathetic since day-1. I remember getting a very detailed email from her explaining the different stages of the condition when I first got diagnosed. It was a journey, but I felt very well guided and looked after throughout, and I am now fully back to my daily swimming & cycling. (Yay!) KT is an active listener and communicator. I find that she listens very intently when I describe my issues and is also very precise and articulate when she gives advice and instructions. KT has recommended a good variety of different targeted exercises as treatment to my Frozen Shoulder and more recently my lower back pain issues. I find the exercises very clever and thought it was very helpful that she always cares to shoot a video while describing the routine and its objective. Overall, I find KT to be very logical in her diagnosis and treatment. I tend to find treatments and exercises to be much more interesting and effective when I understand what they are designed to resolve / improve / achieve, and KT is always very clear, patient, and thorough with her explanations. I also visit KT on occasions for sport massage treatment. I find the sessions to be very beneficial for back pain alleviation and general maintenance. In conclusion :) … KT is a very talented, well-trusted, practical, personable professional who enjoys her job and loves to help. Would highly recommend KT to anyone looking for these qualities in a Physiotherapist.

Explanation (5/5)
I have been treated for my ankle injuries, hip mobility issues and sciatic nerve pains by KT. I am very active and fairly sporty and these injuries had not only inhibited my ability to do gym classes and maintain my running routine everyday, it was also weighing on me mentally. KT was absolutely brilliant in assessing the injury and in her rehab therapy with me, always keeping in mind to allow me to continue doing sports but also increasing strength training and specific mobility training so that I get better quickly and don't injure myself in the future. She also referred me to sports and exercise medicine consultants as necessary who have helped prevent further injuries. Through her I learnt immensely about how our body and joints work which meant that even after I recovered from my injury, I have continued with strength training and my new diet to become a stronger and fitter person. KT has also taken special care in incorporating my intense travel schedule in my rehab as well.

Patient seen for:
I absolutely adored my time training with KT. Not only was she essential to my recovery from a disc injury, she gave me a much greater understanding of my body from a mechanical perspective, introduced me to weight training (which I’ve since integrated into my regular training) and (accidental bonus) I ended up refining my body shape in ways I didn’t realise were possible. Invaluable and highly therapeutic training experience with added aesthetic results.
