Have been seeing KT for chronic lower back pain and stiffness, she is very detailed in her explanations and presents all the options available to manage my condition. She also works with me in a smart way - using my phone, she films me doing the exercises I need to be doing and provides audio commentary on improving posture, form, etc. and it's really handy to be able to just refer back to my phone when i'm doing it instead of having it on a sheet or a webpage. After her advice on my form on certain machine exercises, my pain has reduced massively and i've been able to use those machines for my workout.

I visited KT after experiencing upper back pain which turned into ongoing shoulder discomfort. KT made me feel at ease in all my visits and was very thorough. KT referred me to a chiropractor for a full review of my upper spine to ensure nothing was missed which I am very grateful for as I now know I have very mild scoliosis. KT performed some soft tissue work which helped to ease any muscular pain in my shoulder as well as giving me a number of easy to do exercises I can do everyday in the comfort of my own home. I would absolutely recommend KT, very professional and personable.

KT is extremely knowledgable and professional and was the key reason I was able to overcome a back injury which was stopping me from leading the life I wanted to lead. I slipped my disc in my lower back and developed painful sciatica down my right leg. Through consistent sessions with KT, I was put onto a specific programme which focused on the root cause to work myself back to better health. The exercise regime continued to be developed as my strength increased in order to keep me on the right path to rehabilitation. I am now pain and injury free - something I thought was not going to be possible prior to starting. I would highly recommend KT to anybody seeking professional advice and guidance on physiotherapy to enable them to overcome injuries, aches and general issues.

KT is a great professional, willing to explain her thought process and incredibly personable. With this comes belief and my journey from issues with my neck and lower has been extremely positive. I would strongly recommend KT and trust the process.

Overall, I had an incredibly positive experience with Kathryn. She helped me with my lower back pain and ensured I had all the support I needed to get better. Kathryn is very professional and knowledgeable with back injuries . She explained my situation carefully, gave me personalised programs and supported me during sessions. She also advised me on alternative exercises to strengthen my spine and avoid further injury. My back has improved significantly and I’d definitely recommend.

Kathryn is a great physiotherapist. I had crippling back pain that was preventing me from exercising and working. Her advice got me back on my feet in record time.

KT helped rehabilitate a very painful upper back and neck strain. She was able to get me over the worst of it in a couple of sessions by using a combination of manual therapy, exercise and explaining the issue/education. I think all three form an integral part of the process she used the right tools throughout. If you’re an athlete of some measure, she has a great understanding of working around/managing injuries if you’re training/preparing for competition. She got me through a golf tournament during therapy!
