Dr Seth always clearly demonstrates how much he cares about your recovery. His advice is clear and works.
Always thorough with explanation and very knowledgeable
Dr Seth was excellent - as ever

Consistency matters to me as much as the outcome – so hearing "as ever" genuinely means a lot. I look forward to keeping you running well.
My visit to Dr Ajai Seth went smoothly and following lengthy discussions and examination I was reassured that he understood my condition and I was happy to leave with a treatment plan in place to be followed up by another appointment.

Knowing you left with a clear plan and genuine reassurance is exactly what I aim for – back pain can be complex and uncertain, and taking the time to really understand what's going on before deciding on a path forward matters enormously to me. I look forward to seeing you at your follow-up.
Highly recommend! Dr. Ajai Seth is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The best care I have experienced. Even a painful shock wave treatment feels not as bad.

Really glad the shockwave treatment felt manageable – it has a reputation for being intense, so making that experience as tolerable as possible while still getting results is something I care about. It's great to know the care landed well, and I look forward to seeing you continue to progress.
I saw Dr Seth for PRP Injections post knee surgery for recovery. He was so knowledgeable, took the time to fully study my case and made bespoke recommendations. Always baring in mind my ultimate goal of running a marathon again. He provided inputs for my physio and followed up every time. Really great Dr and friendly professional guy. Injections are uncomfortable but he was so gentle and quick and careful.

Post-surgical knee recovery is genuinely one of the areas I find most rewarding to work in – there's real precision required to get the timing and approach right, and PRP has an important role to play in supporting tissue recovery when used well. Knowing that getting you back to marathon running was the goal shaped every decision I made, from how I structured the injections to the guidance I passed on to your physio team. I always think of it as a joined-up effort – the clinical work only translates into results when rehabilitation is pulling in the same direction. I'm glad the injections themselves felt manageable. Ultrasound-guided PRP around the knee isn't the most comfortable experience, but working carefully and efficiently makes a real difference, and that's always my focus. I'm looking forward to hearing about that marathon.
I do not have clarity on what’s the issue and how to get this fixed. I’m in plan and no slight of resolution Suggested new scans on each visit but no clear structured plan and view of how and when this will be fixed. A little frustrating at the moment

I'm genuinely sorry to hear you're feeling this way – that sense of uncertainty about what's happening and where things are heading is really frustrating, and it's not the experience I want for any of my patients. Hip, groin and knee pain – particularly when tendinopathy is involved – can be genuinely complex to unpick, and I recognise that complexity doesn't always translate into the clear roadmap you need and deserve. That's something I want to put right. Please do get in touch directly so we can sit down, make sure you properly understand what we're seeing, and map out a structured plan with clear milestones. You should leave every appointment knowing exactly where you stand and what comes next.
Very professional , very knowledgable , very kind and clear in the procedure.

Clarity and kindness matter as much to me as clinical precision – so it's genuinely good to hear that came through. I hope your knee continues to improve and gets you back to doing what you enjoy.
Dr. Seth has a super calm manner, very friendly and made me feel confident about my treatment and the aftercare plan. I had seen him before and it was his knowledge, his expertise and his manner that made me revisit when I had a knee problem. Which again, his medical knowledge and know how has proven invaluable in enabling me to return to my sport and improved my daily life immensely. I would highly recommend him.

Returning patients mean a great deal to me – it speaks to the trust that's built over time, and I don't take that lightly. Knee pain can be genuinely limiting, not just in sport but in everyday life, so knowing that you're back doing what you love and moving more freely day-to-day is exactly the outcome I work towards. I look forward to being there if you ever need me again.
