From the initial phone conversation I was at ease. I was matched to a superb therapist who understood me straight away. Through her steady approach she managed to help me to see a way forward. I have been amazed by the whole process and the skills it has taught me to reframe my thoughts, have helped me return to my happier, creative self. I would 100 percent recommend therapy to all and will be forever grateful to Danielle.
I recently have been to a few appointments and they really helped me. The place was really nice and comfortable and the people were so friendly and helpful.
Thank you for your kind words. We do try our very best to make our clients as comfortable as possible. I'm so glad we were able to help.
I recently completed a course of CBT sessions with Dr Sharon Pettit, focusing on managing my anxiety, worry, and rumination. When I first began, I struggled significantly with social interactions, often feeling socially awkward and fixating on past conversations. My mind would race with worries about things entirely beyond my control, pushing my anxiety levels to an all-time high. It felt like I was in a constant state of fight or flight, from the moment I woke up until I went to bed, leaving me completely drained. Now, almost six months later, I've gained valuable tools to help manage my thoughts and emotions. While I wouldn’t say I’m completely cured, I feel about 75% better and am now enjoying a much happier life. I've decided to take a break from CBT for the time being, but I'm committed to returning if I notice my anxiety levels rising again.
Dr Sharon Pettit is a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist with a wealth of experience. She brings thoughtful care and dedication to supporting her clients. We value her greatly and are fortunate to have her as part of our team.
I always feel welcome and relaxed. The receptionist was friendly and appropriately chatty. And the appointments always start on time
We treasure our receptionist, Makaela. She greets everyone with her natural warmth and kindness. Thank you very much for your review.
Louise was so friendly, welcoming and listened to really understand our needs and met them accordingly
We really are very lucky to have Lou on our team. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and delighted she was able to support you.
I can’t thank The Salisbury Practice, and in particular Dr Steve Holmes, for the excellent support and help towards managing my chronic pain. The care and kindness shown towards me was amazing and I have greatly benefited from seeing Dr Steve. The Practice is a calm and reassuring place where I was always welcomed with warmth and compassion. I would highly recommend The Salisbury Practice.
Thank you so much for your very kind review. On behalf of myself and the whole team, we are really pleased to have been of help.

Thank you for your comments about Ania. We are so pleased to know you valued her as much as we do.
The Salisbury Practice offers a calm and quiet space for you to connect with yourself and your therapist, away from busy daily life.
Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. I know we will all be delighted to read that you have found our practice a helpful, calm and quiet space. Thank you.
My GP recommended TSP which was encouraging in itself and yet again the GPs judgement didn't let me down. I phoned and spoke with a member of the admin team which went really well and I say that as someone who isn't a fan of making phone calls! They listened to why I was calling and explained what would happen next. Again, really helpful as I have struggled with uncertainty. Feeling confident there was a plan and an idea of when I would I hear back was important. I had a call from a clinical psychologist pretty much bang on when it had been booked for. They were kind and knowledgable and I felt involved in the decision as to who I would see, for what, and when. Yes I remained a tad nervous but no surprises there, afterall anxiety was one of my trip hazards! I find myself not being able to fault any team member I've had interactions with. Your attention to what matters, communication and seeing me as an individual, has been refreshing and for the first time in my life I have been able to discover who I am, give myself credit for my achievements and dare to dream and grow personally and professionally. Even though therapy is not always easy or comfortable, I've experienced kindness, respect and a safe place. I will always be grateful.
Thank you so much for this very kind feedback. We're all determined to keep learning but we are so delighted that you've had a helpful experience with us. Thank you for letting us know.
