Louise Bartlett is an accredited CBT therapist specialising in children’s mental health, with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Louise is passionate about helping young individuals navigate emotional and psychological challenges using evidence-based techniques.

Her career began in the NHS, where she worked as a paediatric nurse in a busy London hospital. During this time, her interest in early intervention and prevention services grew, particularly while serving as the paediatric safeguarding liaison nurse. She then moved on to work as a health visitor before transitioning into her current role as a CBT therapist.

Throughout her career, Louise has been dedicated to supporting children, young people, and their families, offering compassionate and effective therapeutic interventions. Her approach is tailored to each child’s unique needs, fostering resilience, emotional well-being, and positive growth.
