⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t thank Dr Moji Balogun and Nicole enough! After years of struggling with symptoms and getting conflicting answers about my MRI, I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. Dr Balogun picked up on abnormalities that hadn’t been mentioned in my original final report and provided such a detailed explanation of her findings. After years of uncertainty, it’s such a relief to finally have some clarity, and I feel like this will make a huge difference to my ongoing care and surgical planning. Nicole was absolutely lovely too, always happy to help and keeping me updated throughout. I’m so grateful to them both. It’s honestly been worth every penny, and I’d recommend Dr Balogun to anyone considering a second opinion! ❤️

I cannot thank Dr Ruchira and Nicole, enough for the care and support they gave me. I had been going back and forth to my GP and had several ultrasound scans, but unfortunately my condition had still not been diagnosed. I felt that I was finally being listened to and understood. Dr Ruchira was able to identify my condition straight away, which was such a huge relief after having spent so long without answers. What really stood out to me was how caring, kind and thorough they both were. They took the time to listen to me properly, explained things clearly, and I never once felt rushed or like I was just another patient. They genuinely cared about how I was feeling and made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout. Their knowledge, professionalism and compassion made such a difference to my experience. The doctor apologized for the wait time and was courteous, thorough, and efficient. The clinic was easy to find, and I made a next-day appointment by email. New to the UK and still figuring out the healthcare system so was happy to get my prescriptions renewed here.

I saw Dr Singh regarding secondary infertility. Dr Singh was exceptional; she listened to my history and concerns that I had, and gave clearly explained expert opinions, followed by a clear treatment plan. For the first time in my fertility journey, I felt heard, understood and supported. Dr Singh didn't just listen, she made me feel as though my thoughts and my voice held equal weight to hers. I was valued as both a person and as a patient. One of the reasons I chose Midlands Women's Health was because they were very accepting of my previous test results and didn't request any unnecessary repeating of tests. The cost was also far more reasonable in comparison previous fertility clinics that I've attended. The clinic definitely values patients and their well-being over profits. Whatever the outcome of my fertility journey, I feel at ease knowing I saw a fantastic doctor who not only had the medical expertise, but had the patience to listen fully and explain things in a manner that I understood. The kindness and humility that Dr Singh and Steph (chaperone) showed will stay with me as the most positive health care visit I've ever had. I only wish I had seen Dr Singh sooner in my fertility journey!
