From the first consultation through to the post-surgery follow-up, he explained everything clearly, made me feel at ease and used patient-friendly communication approach including walking me through investigative reports and shared copies of these reports with me. The surgery went smoothly, and I felt confident in his care throughout. What stood out most during the process was his excellent communication skills, compassion and follow‑up — Mr Vakharia explained the next steps at each session, gave me time to consider the possible treatment options (including allowing me to explore a second medical opinion), allowed me to decide when the surgery took place, explained the surgery procedure including risks, gave clear recovery guidance, checked in by telephone after I was discharged from hospital following surgery, recommended scar treatment and age-related hormone therapy I should consider, and said if I had any queries in future I should feel free to reach out. Thanks to his skill and support, my recovery has been very positive. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend Mr Vakharia to anyone needing surgery and compassionate care.

Communication with Kernow Psychiatry has been very responsive and I booked an initial appointment to discuss my mental health difficulties. Dr Reid welcomed me into a comfortable room at the wellness hub, she immediately put me at ease and took care make sure I was settled and ready to start. After the hour, Dr Reid summarised what she saw as the key priorities to getting me back on an even keel, suggesting a clear approach to addressing my intersecting issues. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment and the start of my recovery treatment plan. I only wish I’d followed my instincts sooner and booked in months ago.

It’s underneath my chin, lopsided, on top of any tissue, not even near my chin bone, and they refute 2nd opinions I’ve had that there’s anything wrong with this. They also promised me a referral for a CT scan for months but keep deferring. So I’ve had to arrange these scans myself to get proof needed. Made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a written response. Independent adjudication (ISCAS) next then Small Claims. They will not take responsibility for negligence/errors so beware! Please pass on so people are aware - as this needs to be made public

I first met Simon at the Canary Wharf clinic in 2018, and he has since become my go-to physio. Not only does he provide effective pain relief, he also helps me understand the root causes so I can manage the pain myself. I highly recommend him to anyone who works long hours and also trains hard at the gym. Went to see him first week of Jan 2026 becasue my wrist was a bit flared up last month, and he's as good as usual!

Mr Gordon successfully completed a Trans Urethral Resection of the Ejaculatory Ducts (TIRED) procedure. This has significantly improved my previous symptoms of pelvic pain and prostatitis caused by swelling of the seminal vesicles. . He explained very clearly the rationale for the procedure, what would be involved and the risks. The follow up and treatment post operation was excellent. He was very responsive to queries, and his secretary was hugely helpful and responsive too. I was confident that I was in very capable hands of a leading expert in his field.

My visit concerned a dislocated right shoulder. Mr. Colegate-Stone examined me and carried out a number of strength tests. He then explained the reason for the problem, referring to a model of a shoulder and an xray taken previously. He mentioned a number of possible treatments and suggested that a CT scan is necessary to clarify the situation. We would then decide on the appropriate action. During the appointment Me. Also, he's very welcoming to anyone accompanying the patient, something I've not seen with other doctors!
