Tom has been supportive at guiding me when I'm feeling unsure with my decision. Tom is kind, humble and honest. After years of suffering with all kind of symptoms. Having a laparoscopic procedure is the best decision we both agree, as I was diagnosed with endometriosis. On top of that, I also had adenomyosis, fibroid and experiencing heavy bleeding during my period. After the procedure Tom was clear which put me at ease at explaining all the details about my condition and answering all my questions. It's still at early stage of recovery but I felt like I'm at the right path. I am grateful to finally find the right provider (specialist), who could help and assist me with my conditions.

Mr Thomas took the time to listen to my story and concerns and ensured that he addressed any questions that I or my husband had during the consultation. His explanation as to the cause of my pain and the review of my MRI scan was very clear and aided by the use of a 3D model of the spine where needed. He outlined a clear management plan and I felt that I had met a clinician who had listened to me and taken the time to tease out the probable cause and devised a clear management plan. The consultation was easy to arrange and everyone in the Harley street clinic was helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Mr Thomas.

Ms Labidi was a lovely doctor who operated on my foot and resolved my problem by removing an object with the callous, I had been suffering in a lot of pain for a year and a half before this since since something had got into my foot, even after the anaesthetic had worn off after the operation I had absolutely no pain whatsoever, and my foot has healed in just 1 week and have had no pain since I would like to thank Dr Labidi and Allison and all of the lovely and kind staff who looked after me at Solihull hospital, I am so grateful , many many thanks x

In a world all consumed with AI and perfection, I can honestly say Mr Fady Sedra outshines AI. 5 Stars for Mr Fady Sedra and the staff at The Cromwell Hospital, after my ACDF surgery I can say Mr Fady Sedra's attention to detail is unmatched. He has an excellent bedside manner and displayed a level of professionalism that is rare to find. Mr Fady Sedra went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for. The X-Ray of my neck should be in an art gallery as it is truly a work of art by Mr Fady Sedra. I highly recommend for any complex spinal work.

It was a little overwhelming as I was expecting to discuss fitting a coil and whilst that was mentioned, I was advised about having surgery which was unexpected. I found myself agreeing to the surgery despite not knowing much about it. The risks were not explained and I didnt find out how the procedure would be executed or potential recovery time that might be required. I feel a bit confused about whether this is the right course of action or not. I was not pleased to receive a letter that claimed the risks were explained to me, when they were not.

On entering the theatre I was greeted by a lovely member of staff (chaperone) she explained a brief description of what I was having done. Dr Dimitri explained the procedure in full and informed me each time he injected the vein, the nurse reassured me, held my hand as it was a little painful. The Dr then told me the aftercare should I be in pain or bleeding. All in all a great experience, it’s funny I always look forward to surgery as the doctors want to get me better. A great service. The 12-month or so wait time was out of Ravi’s hands and in fact the timing of the procedure worked well for me in the end due to it being right before the Christmas holidays. Everyone at Spire Wellesley was fab, even if my discharge at the end of the day took longer than expected it wasn’t a problem and I was really pleased with all the care and professionalism provided by everyone. He put my mind at ease. The nurse who did my ECG was very nice and helpful as well as was the lady who sorted out parking so all in all it was a very good experience.

Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Mr Agrawal was also very friendly, professional and caring, explaining everything carefully. He took time to listen to my concerns and to read through papers I had brought with me. He made me feel that I mattered. We managed to park in the car park but I imagine it can get full quite easily.
