I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly positive my entire experience was, especially considering I was entering the hospital for an operation. From start to finish, every single individual I encountered went above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service, which truly made a difference in how I felt throughout the entire process. I would like to specifically thank Mr. Streeter, the surgeon/consultant, for his professionalism and reassuring approach, as well as the anaesthetist and their assistant, who made me feel comfortable and safe and talked me through the options. The nurses in the operating theatre were absolutely wonderful, their calm and attentive manner helped me feel at ease during a rather nerve-wracking time. Equally, the nurses on the ward continued that same level of kindness and care, ensuring that I was well looked after throughout my recovery. I'd also like to extend my appreciation to the ladies delivering food—to help me keep my strength up. The porters and cleaners and reception staff were just as impressive, working behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and the hospital environment remained clean and welcoming. Thanks to each and every one of you, my entire hospital experience was far more pleasant than I could have ever expected. The professionalism, kindness, and teamwork made it a stress-free and truly positive experience. Please do pass on my heartfelt "Thank You" to the entire team!

I feel lucky to have found Mr Natt in London everything was above and beyond my expectations, especially the skill with which he carried out my successful coblation tonsillectomy. In the initial consultation he was sympathetic to the methods I had already tried, clearly explained the cause of my issues, and how the recommended procedure would be carried out. On the day of the surgery he and his team did a great job to calmly guide me through everything, naturally I was nervous however looking back I feel like it couldn't have gone better. I contacted my NHS GP after developing an acute medical problem but was not offered an appointment or even the opportunity to speak with a GP. Loughvuew had be recommended to me by a friend and I had no trouble getting an appointment quickly. The reception staff were very welcoming and I was seen on time. The GP was very professional but also very open and friendly and I found it very easy to talk to him. He took a thorough history and did a full examination before explaining his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. Overall I was very happy with the consultation and would thoroughly recommend Loughview to anyone seeking high quality, compassionate medical care.

Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic. I had really enjoyed staying there for the recovery after giving birth. The views of Big Ben both times were an amazing bonus for the night feeds of my newborn.
