I can’t recommend Sarah enough! I came to her after a lateral hip tear, and she was incredibly thorough from day one. She didn’t just focus on the injury itself but also identified underlying weaknesses that might have been contributing to my pain. Sarah always explained what she was testing and why, which really helped me understand my recovery. The rehab plan she set up through the app was super clear and easy to follow, and she regularly checked in by email to make sure I was progressing well. As a World Champ Age Group triathlete for 5+ years, I’ve seen a lot of physios across London — and Sarah is honestly one of the best I’ve come across. She’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely warm and caring. This helps me trust the process and believe in the recommendations she provides. I came to Emilie’s clinic to prepare for surgery and to get help with some ongoing gut health issues. Thanks to her support and guidance, my recovery went really smoothly. She also adjusted her recommendations afterwards to make sure I stayed on track. During the treatment, I ended up with some unrelated muscular discomfort, and Emilie was kind enough to in one of our sessions, offer advice that helped ease that too. One of the biggest things I’ve taken away from working with her is discovering the low FODMAP approach. It’s made a huge difference to my gut health, and the recipes she shared are now household favourites, they’re simple, tasty, and everyone enjoys them. I had been experiencing some knee pain so contacted after seeing an advertisement in the gym and lady on the phone recommended how I could have a 15 minute free consultation. Dan contacted the following day and after giving a couple of possibilities of what he said it sounded like suggested a face to face appointment. This was then scheduled for the following week. From the assessment Dan could pin point what was wrong and set me up with some exercises to try and see if it helped. He gave me advise of continuing to do the activities I enjoyed but if the pain level got to 5 or above to reduce or stop. From the exercises and advise that Dan gave me my knee pain declined then completely went. I had my next appointment 3 weeks later and received some more advice on exercises to try to prevent future injuries.

My visit was for Zoom tooth whitening with Debbie, the hygienist, and her nurse, WIkki. Both were lovely, putting me at my ease and ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed. The procedure is quite lengthy, but Debbie constantly checked that I was comfortable and whether I needed a break or not. Wikki even lit scented candles and put relaxing music on, and I nearly drifted off to sleep. The shade of my teeth was checked both before and after the procedure, and the result was 3 shades lighter. I cannot thank Debbie and Wikki enough for making me feel so much more confident with my smile.
