Dr Chloe’s caring personality shone through from my first consultation at Kingston Hospital on the NHS in August. I had been diagnosed with invasive lobular cancer in my left breast after a routine mammogram in May. Quite a shock, to say the least! Dr Chloe proved to be not only caring but incredibly thorough & professional. She immediately scheduled an MRI as my lesion had not shown up on the ultrasound. In the whirlwind of appointments which followed I felt completely supported by Dr Chloe & her team, my wonderful MacMillan nurse Janeetta Thomas & nurse Catherine Ronayne.. Both Janeetta & Catherine provided a reassuring presence during my consultations & Janeetta was always available to answer my many questions. Thankfully no other cancers were found and I could proceed to surgery. A short time later a smiling Chloe, Janeetta & Catherine delivered the results, the very best news, that the surgery had been successful & the cancer had been removed with clear wide margins. Despite the lesion being situated deep within my chest, Dr Chloe took the extra care to ensure I wouldn’t have a scar on my chest. I can still wear low cut dresses. I have a small scar next to my nipple which is healing very well. My husband and I are eternally grateful to Dr Chloe & her team.

Back in March I landed heavily on an astroturf pitch whilst trying to make a comeback as a hockey player at the age of 69, not so clever! This resulted in sciatica type pain in both legs, lower back pain, and car journeys of more than twenty minutes being extremely painful. I attended a well known local sports physio clinic who had sorted numerous other instances of “sporting excess” over years. Unfortunately this time there was no significant improvement after three months. Looking for an alternative approach I found Claudiu’ clinic on Facebook, and thought that his more modern methods might be the way forward where traditional manipulation and exercises had failed. It took a few visits for there to be significant improvement , but gradual improvement there was. It was then a case of two steps forward, one step back, until after about three months the pain when driving had largely subsided, and life had settled at it’s “new normal”. Now with a 70 year old body , I am again in the gym three or four times a week, spinning, doing pilates and yoga, and now boxing…it’s never too late to find a new way to hurt yourself:-). Seriously Claudia has got my body working again, and I am thankful I found his clinic. I will have hesitation in using it again in the future.

I had severe haemorrhoid problems which had not cleared with over the counter medication or prescribed medication. Mr Leo identified the problem and attempted a banding to avoid intrusive surgery which was not successful and so a haemorrhoidectomy was preformed. There was a follow up as some skin tag and marginal inflammation occurred. Steroid treatment was prescribed and second follow up took place. The haemorrhoids were completely resolved as was the skin tag problem. The area concerned is now better than it has been in my lifetime. On each occasion Mr Leo was excellent in manner and explanation. His advice was based on excellent diagnosis and succinct. He sought to avoid unnecessary treatment and medication, but which in fact proved necessary. He was extremely efficient and speedy without being peremptory. All in all someone I would recommend for any colorectal issues.

He explained the procedure, potential outcomes, and risks very clearly, making sure I fully understood everything. Although I initially had fears and second thoughts, he reassured me with data, clear explanations, and his evident expertise. Mr. Yip is not only an expert surgeon in his field but also very compassionate — he truly made me feel heard and supported. Even after I was discharged, whenever I had concerns about my post-surgical symptoms, he and his team patiently reassured me and provided guidance. Wizard Withey is an excellent surgeon - we truly can’t sing his praises highly enough. I would never allow my daughter to undergo major surgery without thorough research, and he exceeded every expectation. He was kind, caring, and thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. My daughter is absolutely delighted with the outcome of her rhinoplasty. She’s growing in confidence and she looks amazing. The result is pure artistry - her nose looks completely natural and suits her features. Mr Withey really is a wizard: he listened intently to what our daughter wanted and performed what feels to us like a miracle. He is simply the best!

I was very apprehensive about getting both of my eyes done at the same time. I cant believe how easy and painless it was ,all of the staff were amazing in looking after me and putting me at ease. Having 24 hr support was amazing ,my concerns were addressed quickly . If only everything was as easy as this ,within 3 days i could see perfectly ,i never realised how much of a difference it would make . From my consultant ,nursing staff, opthamologists, domestic staff and receptionist they went above and beyond in their care. Nothing was too much bother. Dont hesitate to go ,you will be amazed .

I attended MWH Clinic and had consultations with Ms Latthe & an ultrasound scan performed by Dr Balogun. Ms Latthe was fantastic and thoroughly addressed my health concerns - I felt very reassured. Sam Wilde did an amazing job on my hip. I had a steroid injection and an extremely gloomy prognosis from the consultant with regard to osteoarthritis. Without Sam I would have gone into a deep depression! Sam talked me through a programme of rest post the steroid injection followed by a slow return to exercise with various adaptations. A year and a half later I am back to exercising 6 times a week with (so far) no issues other than the odd twinge from my hip. I am incredibly grateful and can't rate the treatment I got highly enough.
