I recently underwent an AMIS (Anterior Minimally Invasive Surgery) hip replacement with Mr Tsialogiannis, and the entire experience—from the very first consultation to my full recovery—has been nothing short of exceptional. During the initial assessment, he took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, addressed all my concerns with patience, and reassured me with his calm, confident manner. I felt fully informed and in the safest of hands. The day of surgery was equally impressive. The operation itself was smooth, and the team made me feel comfortable throughout. What amazed me most was how little discomfort I felt afterwards. From the very first steps in hospital, my recovery progressed rapidly, far beyond what I ever expected. Within just two and a half weeks, I was already driving again—completely pain-free and without any sense of stiffness or hesitation. It genuinely felt like a miracle to regain my mobility so quickly. The aesthetic result has also exceeded my expectations. The incision is remarkably small and discreet, and the overall look is incredibly tidy—almost invisible already. I cannot thank Mr Tsialogiannis enough. His skill, precision, and compassion have truly transformed my quality of life.

My foot pain started in early May and I saw a Tyneside Integrated Musculoskeletal Service physiotherapist who recommended I buy a metatarsal pad which I found reduced the pain. However, Mr Qasim, in late August, ridiculed the pad and said he would send me to a Musculoskeletal Dept at Freeman where they (a technician and a health care professional, HCP) would, he gave me to understand, provide a custom orthotic. They gave me a standard reinforced insole that increased the pain during the breaking in period. By the time I saw them in mid-November, my straight second toe had become bent and resulted in a different difficulty in walking, and (likely as a result of this bend in the first toe joint, according to the HCP, a podiatrist) the metatarsal pain had largely subsided but I was left with an altered gait.

I went at 11 weeks for a scan and for a NIPT test. The booking process was excellent, the members on the phone were so helpful and considerate. My appointment with Dr Desi was on time and extremely thorough. She was so compassionate, caring and kind throughout the appointment, explaining everything each step of the way and being extremely thorough through the scan and explaining our NIPT options. It’s the best consulting experience I’ve had throughout my pregnancy. Reception staff were extremely helpful too. I would really recommend LPC to any expecting couples. I had a few appointments with Chris Coldicott for tennis elbow. I found Chris to be extremely professional, properly investigating the nature of the problem before demonstrating a range of strengthening exercises and some other remedial action that I could take. Chris is an ideal physio to be assigned as he's friendly, genuine and makes you feel at ease. My tennis elbow has significantly improved since following the course of action he recommended.

The follow up report was delivered promptly - 5 star service. Previous appointments were at the Southampton Spire, this appointment at the Chandlers Ford Nuffield was better in all respects. This was a Saturday appointment, parking may be more difficult on a weekday.

My recent visit was for a post operative 6 week check after total hip replacement. Mr Khajuria checked movement and stability of my new hip in detail, then sent me for an X-ray, after asking how the past few weeks had gone. Once the X-ray was back, Mr Khajuria gave me more detailed advice on how to strengthen and improve my mobility. The whole experience was extremely positive, especially as I felt listened to.

Friendly professional staff, no waiting to be seen. Quick experience. My leg was slipping off the cushion used to raise it which caused some cramp resulting in some movement increasing the duration required for the scan
