I am very grateful to the staff who kindly cared for me after I had a bad fall in the street. Nikki and Julia were extremely caring and thoughtful and looked after me superbly until they felt I was well enough to leave. The clinic facilities were excellent and it was so generous of them to provide the care without charge.

Excellent experience. I was surprised that there isn’t any confirmation of the appointment or (in the case of a procedure) any advanced advice on recovery etc.

I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising by the clinic Skin55. Their website led me to believe that laser treatments were available at the clinic, and I booked a consultation directly with the clinic, not with any specific doctor. However, upon attending the appointment, I was informed that the clinic did not have the required laser equipment and that not all doctors at Skin55 perform laser treatments. This discrepancy meant that I paid an initial consultation fee of £300, only to then be told that I would need to be referred to another doctor within the same clinic who does provide laser treatments. This second consultation was then quoted at £380. This sequence of events highlights a lack of transparency and constitutes misleading advertising, resulting in unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. I believe that this matter warrants investigation to ensure that Skin55’s practices align with advertising and consumer-protection regulations. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request
