Mr Tony Jacob

I consulted Mr Jacob following a recommendation from one of his colleagues, and he fully lived up to his exceptional reputation. From the initial consultation through to the surgery itself, his clinical expertise and mastery were evident at every stage. Mr Jacob combines consummate professionalism with an impeccably polite, reassuring manner, taking the time to explain every detail with clarity. The entire surgical approach and execution were textbook. I could not have been in safer, more capable hands.

Tony Jacob has been incredible from my first appointment with my daughter. He is thorough, kind, patient and offered lots of advise and help on our journey. He has fitted me in late minute appointments and very gentle with my daughter who is 2.5 years old. I have been extremely lucky to have Mr Jacobs as our care giver.

I had a really positive experience with Mr Tony Jacob throughout my treatment. From my initial appointments, through to my surgery and follow-up care, he was excellent. At every appointment, Tony took the time to clearly explain what was happening, what the treatment involved and what I should expect afterwards. I always felt well informed and comfortable asking questions, and never felt rushed. I also developed an infection following my surgery, and the follow-up care I received was reassuring and thorough. Everything was clearly explained, including the treatment and what I needed to do going forward. Overall, I felt very well looked after throughout the whole process. Tony was professional, approachable and clear in his communication at every stage, and I would happily recommend him to anyone considering ENT treatment or surgery.

I had an excellent excellent experience with Mr Jacob and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him should the opportunity arise. He was kind, considerate and very good at what he does. My scenario was slightly unusual as I had the same operation circa 12 years ago on the NHS. This, unfortunately was a very bad experience for me that led to significant bleeding. I explained this to Mr Jacob and how this has mentally scarred me and I was incredibly worried about having the operation again just in case I was to suffer the same fate. In the lead up to my operation, Mr Jacob was incredibly reassuring, he explained the operation in detail and what he would do to prevent excessive bleeding. The combination of his efforts, expertise and care led me to have a successful operation with no complications at all. I cannot thank him enough and I am incredibly fortunate to have found him. There is no doubt in my mind that should I need the operation again, I will be giving him a call! In addition to Mr Jacob, I must also extend my gratitude to his wonderful secretaries, In particular Cilla, who was excellent in arranging all my appointments and aftercare making sure I was ok following my surgery.
