Excellent experience with Dr Jacob. Incredibly thorough, professional and caring, and took the time to listen to my concerns. The standard of care was great.

Mr A Jacob, was very helpful, friendly and made you feel at ease he explained to me what will be happening with my surgery. All questions was answered and didnt rush you. He is very punctual when keeping to your appointment.

I highly recommend Mr Jacob for thyroid surgery. At all times, I found him to be professional and courteous. He took time to answer my questions and explain every part of the treatment I needed. His friendly manner put me at ease during each interaction; from the earliest consultations, through to my post-surgery, follow up appointment. The treatment went well and my very discreet scar is already healing beautifully.

Mr Jacob has looked after our daughter through two bouts of glue ear and grommet insertions, from age 4 to age 7. He's been wonderful throughout and she's always happy even to get to go see Mr. Jacobs - the joke in our house when anyone doesn't catch what you've said is, "Do you need to go see Mr. Jacobs?". Two surgeries with a young child is terrifying and he made the whole process as great as it could be and helped her and us through it. Reassuring and clear. Great secretaries and admin process too. We're really grateful he's been the consultant for our daughter and absolutely recommend him.

Tony Jacob was great. He diagnosed my ear infection very quickly and prescribed some ear drops and also sucked out all the debris from my ear. After the follow-up appointment it was confirmed all is good and healthy. Thanks!

Dr Jacob saw my daughter twice for an issue with her ear. She was very very nervous and he was incredibly empathetic and put us both at ease. Tony Jacob has been incredible from my first appointment with my daughter. He is thorough, kind, patient and offered lots of advise and help on our journey. He has fitted me in late minute appointments and very gentle with my daughter who is 2.5 years old. I have been extremely lucky to have Mr Jacobs as our care giver.

I had a really positive experience with Mr Tony Jacob throughout my treatment. From my initial appointments, through to my surgery and follow-up care, he was excellent. At every appointment, Tony took the time to clearly explain what was happening, what the treatment involved and what I should expect afterwards. I always felt well informed and comfortable asking questions, and never felt rushed. I also developed an infection following my surgery, and the follow-up care I received was reassuring and thorough. Everything was clearly explained, including the treatment and what I needed to do going forward. Overall, I felt very well looked after throughout the whole process. Tony was professional, approachable and clear in his communication at every stage, and I would happily recommend him to anyone considering ENT treatment or surgery.
