Mr Sean Fang

Mr Sean Fang is a Consultant ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Surgeon with specialist expertise in voice disorders, thyroid and salivary gland disease, and the diagnosis and management of head and neck cancer. He treats both adults and children, managing a wide range of general ENT conditions, including blocked nose, sinus issues, tonsils, adenoids, glue ear, and other common ear, nose, and throat concerns.

Mr Fang serves as the Lead Clinician for Head and Neck Services at University Hospital Lewisham and previously held the position of Clinical Lead for Laryngology at a major NHS Trust in Surrey. He is an integral member of the head and neck cancer and thyroid cancer multidisciplinary teams and works closely with the endocrine multidisciplinary team to manage complex thyroid and parathyroid diseases.

He completed his ENT specialist training across London, Kent, and Surrey, including advanced paediatric ENT training at Great Ormond Street Hospital. His clinical interests cover hoarseness, vocal cord lesions, throat discomfort, thyroid lumps, salivary gland disorders, and head and neck cancers.

Mr Fang has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific papers and contributed chapters to leading ENT reference textbooks. He is actively involved in medical education, regularly teaching on national ENT courses, and has presented his research at international conferences.
