From my first appointment I felt confident in Mr Tadtayev. He was very professional and friendly, answering my questions. I felt totally listened to and reassured. At a later appointment when he had to impart some difficult news, he explained the options I had for treatment. I felt informed and able to think about the way forward. I had a few telephone consultation with Mr Tadtayev and my last consultation was face to face. Aside a very pleasant appointment, I got to say thank you and shake the hand of an absolutely amazing doctor. I have struggled with a variety of issues and my marriage was at a breaking point. Mr Tadtayev went against my GP thoughts of prescribing testosterone. The alternative investigation Mr Tadtayev opted for resolved the issues I was having without the need to be on unnecessary meds and also resolved my sleep conditions to an acceptable level. It is so rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares for their patients in this way and so pationate to deliver the highest level of care. Forever grateful to Mr Tadtayev.

Sergey was very clear about informing my mother of what procedure she was going to have. He was very reassuring that surgery would be the best option for her & we understood that there would possibly be risks during surgery due to her age.
